It took for ever to arrive and I ordered 2 of the same wallet but received different wallets?

I love the wallet, my only disappointment is I ordered the Denim wallet but ended up getting the black leather one.

Last one month I am chasing for my product delivery but it’s not yet delivered… PLS DO NOT BUY !! Customer service is pathetic and just keep showing product tracking but past one month I am struggling to get my product .. complete fraud!!! PLS DO NOT BUY !!!

Said they do not offer refund. however their online policy says no refund IF marked as delivered - however mine has been floating around only heaven knows where and is NOT DELIVERED yet.

Furthermore, the delivery range is 14-30 days and its been 3 months now!

Order not received. They refuse to provide me info why. One night nty ago I was informed my order arrived in my country and since then nothing!!!! I write them to ask, but no one provides any useful or meaningful information.

I have place an order with this company over 1 month ago and still have not received the product. They charged for shipping and taxes however the tax charges was incorrect and they reversed it. I am now trying to request a refund via PayPal.

I never received my product and they were sorry for that. Wanted to send me again, but needed to pay some extra charges. Could not trust them even to ask for my money back.

I mistakenly ordered water spray gun with US charger not a UK charger. I asked them to send me a uk charger and offered to pay for it. Company suggested that I gift the faulty unit to a friend and offered me $5 compensation. This is a rubbish company avoid at all costs very poor customer services.

I ordered on Facebook a paint sprayer from PEKTTRIDCULE , ITEM cost £43 they sent confirmation BUT. the price had increased to $ 70.43 have tried to contact t them NO PHONE NUMBER EMAIL ADDRESS NOT OPERATING
This company is according to my bank is reported to be a scamming and fraudulent company please warn others

Hand held Pressure car pressure washer - is a complete piece of underpowered junk. No stronger than a child's squirt gun, and leaking at almost every connection. Contrary to their advertisement, they do NOT accept returns NOR prepay for return postage.

Stay away from this crooked company!!

I made a purchase of a pressure washer and it failed to work after one use. I contacted PEKTTRIDCULE to ask for a return and refund. They responded by asking for a video of the unit failing to work, which I provided and they refused to offer a refund or replacement. I have been scammed out of $61.00.

Ordered the Power cleaning gun. It has less power than using your garden hose with a nozzle. Immediately complained upon receiving, but they would not offer a refund stating that it was the product that I ordered. The video showed it having great pressure to clean with and said that it could be sent back with no return shipping costs. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PROMISE. The cleaning gun is of inferior quality. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered the Copper Shoes in 43 size EU, they arrived with a sticker on it stating 42 EU I really put the shoes one and it is a 42 EU and no copper to be seen, I contacted the support and they said it was all fine in the warehouse and that it is a 43, I text back saying it was not a 43 and it is a 42 so pleaase solve this I want my shoes, so in return they said that my order was right and it is a 43 should I consider giving to someone else...or recieve a 4€ refund...... what absolute joke of a support and company, fully scam.
