The order has never been received.
You get a false shipping tracking number that shows the order was delivered.

The order should be delivered with in 2 weeks, after 2 months nothing was arrived.
Contacting the company is useless.

I wouldn't even give it one star. Total scam. Wish I had read these reviews however it's not till after you pay for your item that you get an email from this new company. My item was due for delivery in 3-5 days, 2months later no item and no refund they say they are looking into it total scam bank finally involved as they can't help till after 30 days. Fingers crossed it all gets sorted and this company gets shut down

I bought an audio mixer from a UK company TechDirectUK. I was surprised to find my payment went to pekira.de, and even more surprised by another company, ServicePlum spinning me a lot of incoherent drivel about where the mixer was.

It's now 32 days since I placed an order which was advertised as delivery within five working days and I'm told my item has just cleared customs in the UK.

The service from all three of these organisations has been atrocious and I advise anyone to go elsewhere.

I wish I had.

This store is a complete scam. They take your money and never send the products. I strongly advise others to avoid it.

Total scam. A false advertisement led to this fake store, and the order confirmation lacks contact information and correct data. There is no way to contact the operator. My attempts to complain are met with total silence.

Thieves. Do not use them, they will take your money and never reply to emails.

Am 03.06.26, 2 Kg Akazienfaser im Angebot, ca 60 € bestellt. Per VISA bezahlt. Ware nie erhalten, mehrmals per E-Mail Kontakt. Zuletzt sollte Geld in einem bestimmten Zeitraum zurücküberwiesen werden. Warte ich bis heute drauf. Kann ich wohl abschreiben. Anzeige läuft hier ins Nirvana kann ich mir sparen. Schnief
Jetzt kaufe ich wieder dort wo ich sicher bin.

A evitar absolutamente, pedi un producto que nunca he recibido aunque durante casi 2 meses me decian que iba a llegar, suerte que mi banco me reembolso con copias de los emails

Is inderdaad scam. Het vervelende was dat ik
bij dierplein had besteld en een mail met bevestiging van Pekira. Deze staat dus slecht bekend maar die werd niet genoemd bij de bestelling. Heb de fabrikant van het product (Paardenvoer) gebeld dat hun producten en alle foto’s gebruikt worden door mensen op te lichten. Hoop het via de bank terug te krijgen want had met creditcard betaald

Envoi de mail auquel ils ne répondent pas.
Cela ressemble beaucoup à une arnaque

bestelling geplaatst op 02 juni. Ordernummer gekregen gevolgd door een ander ordernummer van een ander bedrijf in China. Trackinggegevens ontvangen zogezegd vie Meihoo pegasus. Updates rond vervoer worden steeds aangevuld tot er na 45 dagen verschijnt dat het artikel in mijn bus werd geleverd. Niets ontvangen. Vanaf dan wordt er niet meer gereageerd op mails. Blijf weg van deze site!!! PS 1ster is er nog 1 te veel !
