Absolutely love my new bike what a head turner it is everyone that seen it loves it. From ordering my bike to delivery the service was brilliant Super fast delivery from a
lovely guy would highly recommend buying from Pedibal.

My order was supposed to take between 2 and 5 weeks. It was delivered after 3 weeks, so very happy with this.

I also ordred exactly the same bike for my wife the day after I ordered mine, so far no notifcation of its delivery.

If I could make a suggestion, it would be to have some way to review the status and progress of one's order.

I purchased my Navigata Folding EBike from Pedibal Bikes about 2.5 years ago, and I have been riding it every day for my 18-mile commute to and from work, regardless of the weather conditions—even snow. With arthritis, I rely on the throttle to get started and then use pedal assist level four for the remainder of my journey.
Over the years, I have accumulated 5924 miles on this bike. The battery, which I charge every night, has consistently provided reliable performance. The bike has proven to be exceptionally durable, managing daily intensive use without significant issues.

Given I live in the Isle of Man there were some issues in regards to couriers this is common when buying any bulky or heavy item off shore! However the Pro Active approach of Mark and his team meant these were quickly overcome by using an Island based freight forwarder. The bike was delivered as requested with the rear carrier fitted and all the official paperwork. The test run was conducted down the hill from Signpost Corner to Governors Bridge on the famous TT Course and then to Tesco on Victoria Road. The bike achieved a speed of 24mph by gravity alone, coming down the hill, on the return using the throttle it came back up the hill at 12 mph. All in all a great success, it has met and gone beyond my expectations!

Super quick delivery. We ordered the Ecruiza with all the bells and whistles and it was here within a week. Received emails from the team with accurate delivery info and bike arrived as stated. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

We reviewed many e-bikes online but we wanted one we could try, it had to have a decent battery and distance and my partner (who is tiny) had to get on and off easily, also foldable, the warehouse is only 30 minutes from home so we popped over for a spin, the guys were very helpful and the bike was great for what we wanted, we purchased 2 bikes and my partner wanted a rack, so we went for a coffee and came back and the bikes were ready to go with the rack attached, having had the bikes for a few weeks we are delighted, great as a bike and the hills are now a piece of cake.

The team were very helpful in demonstrating the bikes, helping us with test rides, answering questions and fitting the extras we had asked for.

Superbly built bike which I bought to use from my caravan. Have used it several times and like the ease of use. Battery works well and comfortable to ride. Very happy with my purchase.

Quality company with excellent customer service from initial contact with Mark, to eventual ordering and 24 hour delivery. For anyone who like me is apprehensive of ordering 'on line' Pedibal has totally restored my faith that there are good companies out there!! We were delighted with the quality of the bikes but unfortunately due to health reasons we needed to return the bikes under the Buy n Try policy, Mark personally assisted us organising collection of the bikes and subsequent refunds with no quibble. Definitely have no hesitation in recommending Pedibal for quality products and excellent customer service.

I bought a throttle enabled Pedibal Cruiza and was expecting a long wait. In a few days it was delivered to my door. A super powerful bike. It can handle all but the steepest Welsh hills. A joy to own.

I am so impressed with this bike, fits great in my camper and gets me out and about without crazy amount of effort. The delivery was also super fast with great customer service.
