Absolutely awful company, bought a jacket which was left outside on a busy junction over Bank Holiday period, asked Evri to delay or place the item in a safe place but instructions not adhered to. To be fair to Evri they have admitted their mistake, but Peckham Rye said they would Honor the purchase and send a replacement.. shocking customer service, I suppose that’s why there’s no contact number for them, only route via email and don’t respond until 2 weeks late

Excellent item, very pleased with the construction, the fit, the attention to detail (eg. the buttonhole in ther lapel, which you don't often find these days) and especially the sale price (a true bargain). Recommended

I received a Mac in what I would describe as 'shop soiled' condition (so would any normal retailer). Covered in creases, some very deep and pronounced, that would not drop out. I was then sent instructions on trying to steam them out with an iron! An item for £80 and the customer gets subsequent instructions in trying to bring the mac to a fit merchantable quality. I suggested professional cleaners which they didn't want to pay for. So item returned. It took 17 days (13 working days) to get my £80 back. They kept my £4.99 for postage. Any decent retailer would have refunded immediately on seeing the rubbish that was sent out including the postage. The usual meaningless fauxpologies. Unfortunately, I suspect some other unwary buyer will get caught out. But I won't from this company ever again.

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL - ZERO COMMUNICATION. Do not expect any communication with the customer service team. I have now messaged them 6 times with no response. I ordered a tracksuit of which arrived in US POLO ASSN BAG and absolutely stunk of gardening products (fertiliser/ manure). The lack of responses to the reviews left on Trustpilot is a clear sign of poor customer care. Any returns are paid for at the customers expense of which refunds can take up to 15 working days. Utterly dreadful experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Excellent quality and material! As well as the design.

Terrible fit, ridiculously long but at the same time narrow, constircting and uncomfortable. This brand is not what it seems, the clothes have horrible tailoring from SEA, not fit for purpose for most people. On top of this, they charge a huge £6 to return them, without an option to return to a store. It's another fake grift SEA "brand".
