Felt like a money making operation rather than a consumer-focused service. Two occasions of ‘oh we have just had a cancellation for the next 30 minutes so can take your money now’. Was also escorted by the dentist from the dentist chair to the front desk to book an appointment for a filling having been asked to sign the contract from the dentists chair… just ridiculous.
