What a phenomenal service
What a phenomenal service - I live in Australia, but I wanted to order a pearl necklace for my niece in the UK, and sent a message asking for advice. I got an answer almost immediately. Not only that, but they very kindly agreed to gift wrap the necklace so that she could open it on the big day. 11/10 for the Pearl Gallery!

Great quality and service
Wanted a pearl anniversary gift for my husband and found some black pearl cuff links on this website. They arrived within a couple of days recorded delivery and I’m really pleased with quality. Heavy silver shanks and the pearls are beautiful!

Pearl necklace purchase
Contacted Trevor at Pearl Gallery and arranged a Zoom call, where we went though types of pearls, what to look for and then some necklaces which we were available to purchase.
We decided to purchase a pearl necklace and this was dispatched the next day by registered post and arrived the following day, nicely boxed with a certificate of authentication,
We were extremely pleased with the Pearls which were of excellent quality and lustre

Easy to deal with, really happy with my purchase
Trevor was very easy to deal with; he answered all my questions very quickly & provided me with extra images so I could inspect them more carefully. I was a little nervous about purchasing a Tahitian pearl without seeing it in the flesh & somewhat sceptical about buying through one of the bigger sites that come up in the Google searches, based on reading reviews of such sites on various Pearl forum sites. For that reason & after quite a bit of research (and procrastination) I chose to go with a UK based, independent, specialist pearl jeweller & I'm glad I did. I felt very assured by the whole process and am really pleased with the piece that I ended up buying. It was made to order by Trevor, a variation of one of the pieces already on the Pearl Gallery site. Based on my experience I'd have no hesitation in recommending them. Just in case you're wondering I am actually a real person & I'm not being paid to write this review either.

Great service, lovely jewellery
I wanted to treat myself, but I was unsure about what I exactly wanted. Thus, I had to ask a few questions about pearls, sizing etc. I received a great advice, and the customer service was outstanding. The delivery was fast, and my bracelet is even more beautiful in person than in the photo. A very happy customer, already thinking about a matching necklace…

Excellent Process. We have shopped many times at your store in Birmingham and were so disappointed to find it closed when visiting last week. My apprehension ordering online was unnecessary, It was an easy process and received both my necklace and earrings bought for my birthday within the day.
