I worked for a fintech in the UK and used Peak Wellness Co. for our mental health awareness campaign. The entire company felt the program was necessary and appreciated the courses. the instructors were amazing and friendly. We were glad to use their services!
This company from the USA is a complete scam. I ordered product at the end of July to be shipped to Canada. It is now December 7. Still no product. They shipped a replacement order the end of September because the original order never came. So far, again, no shipment. In Canada we actually have planes, trains, and automobiles, just like the USA. This shipment is no comedy, it is a tragedy. Don’t ever buy from them you only get disappointment and lost money.
I ordered this product 4 months ago, several emails voicing my concerns re non delivery, constantly checking tracking, which by the way still has not left. $200 + is alot of money to payout for nothing. Still waiting for refund. Scam, buyer beware, rip off

My favourite part about Peak was that there was no 'hippy' stuff. Don't get me wrong, I really like doing yoga but I found that sometimes there are too many essential oils or crystal things that just don't make sense. With Kayla it was structured in a way with hard science and real results. Def makes me more efficient in my day-to-day work. Very applicable to stressful corporate environments.
Kayla came to our office to do a workshop on stress reduction and it was very educational!

Kayla from Peak Wellness Co came to our office to facilitate a Corporate Mindfulness Lunch & Learn and she was the perfect choice! She was entertaining and highly knowledgeable. Kayla was able to translate why mindfulness and stress reduction is so important in the workplace, resonating with all levels of our organizations.
