Peak Pharmacy was founded in 1981 and is based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
It has grown via merger and acquisition from a single pharmacy into the business it is today, consisting of over 150 pharmacies and an online pharmacy.
In 2023 we moved to our new purpose-built facility, in Bolsover, housing both our head office and warehouse. The warehouse uses state-of-the-art automation technology and machinery for medicine packing and distribution.

We are very sorry to hear that your delivery took longer than expected, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
Having looked into your order, we can see that it was placed on Sunday and dispatched on Monday, the next working day we were open. Based on the delivery option selected, it would normally be expected to arrive on the Wednesday, at the earliest
However, we can see from the tracking that although Royal Mail had your parcel, delivery was not attempted until Saturday. This is not the standard of service we would expect, and we are truly sorry that this delay impacted your experience.
Please be assured that your order left our dispensary within 24 hours, and we did everything we could on our side to ensure it reached you promptly. Unfortunately, once parcels are handed over, we are reliant on Royal Mail for the final delivery, but we absolutely appreciate that this does not make the situation any less disappointing for you.
We will be following this up with Royal Mail to understand what caused the delay, as this is not something we commonly encounter. We are very sorry that you were affected on this occasion.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have emailed you a discount code for use on a future order. We truly hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with the level of service we aim for and that our other positive reviews reflect.

Thank you for your review.
We have checked the status of your parcel, and Royal Mail has attempted delivery on two separate occasions, but unfortunately, there was no answer. As you selected the Special Delivery option, the parcel cannot be left in a safe place or on the doorstep.
Your parcel is currently awaiting redelivery at the local sorting office. A calling card should have been left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the item from the depot.
We have resent your tracking information via email; this was also included in your original dispatch confirmation.
As we have not yet received any contact from you regarding this matter, please get in touch with our customer service team or reply to our email if you are still experiencing any difficulties.
