Alex Sealey was a great sales executive, answering my questions quickly, promoting various benefits I was entitled to through Peabody, supporting my application through an unexpected delay and generally being a top guy.
The only downside from Peabody was a set amount of "remaining" finances per month that wasn't clear at the start.

The experience of purchasing a shared ownership flat is overall great with Peabody, thanks to the effective communication of their staff, Deken and Ifrah. They always reply to emails very fast and have been patient and clear when asking to clarify some issues.

I worked with Alexander and Deken while buying my home and they were very helpful throughout the process. There were some delays caused by some unforeseen circumstances and even though it wasn't caused by their side, they helped me solve them and made things go faster. Very pleased to have worked with them so far.

Peabody offers excellent and modern housing especially for first time buyers through shared ownership. They have very accommodating, approachable and genuine people. Big thanks to them especially to Alexander Sealey, Peabody Sales Executive of West Ham Village and also to Deken Saunders, Sales Progression Specialist Peabody. Thanks guys!!

Share ownership purchase was done so quickly, took exactly 8 weeks. Special thanks to Tracey and Becky ( my 2 angels ) they were so helpful and always reachable during this stressful period. They are working with Censeo as mortgage broker, therefore mortgage offer part is done so quickly. Until now I give 5 star to Peabody, hopefully their after purchase service will be the same.

Smooth experience which took under 2 months and Rosie from the sales team was wonderful - accommodating and always quick to answer. Thank you!

I called for information about shared owenrship in West Ham city the advisor Abraham was very helpful he provide me with all the necesary information that I needed

I have lived in my property for 11 years and the past few years Peabody have taken charge. Since the end of last year I have been trying to sell the property, however I was never given the updated lease when my ex husband left the home, of which I need to start the selling process. Over the past 3 months I have spoken to numerous people at Peabody who have given completely different answers from the solicitor should of given it to me or yes we can send it but you have to pay, to simply telling me they have opened a case and then closed it with nothing being done.
Today I spoke with Lisa Faircloth, she went above and beyond to try and get to the bottom of this for me. She re-opened the case and made extensive notes of which have gone back to the "helpful" woman who closed it without actually doing anything. I feel awful for people like Lisa who go out of their way to help customers, but due to the fact she is working amongst some of the worst customer care teams I've ever had the mis pleasure of dealing with has to deal with the brunt of upset and angry customers of Peabody. Lisa thank you again.

I recently had a telephone conversation with Ibrahim from Peabody Sales and I was very impressed with the level of service provided.
Ibrahim was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the available properties and options without any pressure. He was patient in answering my questions and made the whole process feel straightforward and well managed.

She consistently provided all relevant information well in advance, helping us stay prepared even when timelines shifted.

There were moments when the only thing we could confidently rely on was the information Ilona shared. Her responsiveness, transparency, and calm reassurance made a significant difference, especially during the more challenging stages. We were so happy to meet Tasnia Jannath at KEWB and she was absolutely fantastic. She made sure we understood all the details of the development and the units we were interested in, taking the time to ensure our decision was tailored to our needs. Also really funny and easy to talk to, which is very important for us.

She wasn’t simply there to sell something, but to guide us through the process and help us find what would work best for us! We were really pleased with the experience, and it truly sets an example of what professional service should look like.

My experience so far has been very positive, Rosie from the sales progression team has been very prompt in getting my sale progressed and purchase completed swiftly ahead of a tight deadline. I was also given a welcoming, informative introductory viewing by Emerson who has provided helpful details along the way.

Shared ownership can be a complex journey, and there were some delays along the way, but I understand this can happen due to the nature of the process and the different parties involved.

I am being discriminated against as I have complained thus I’ve also become the target of victimisation by Peabody.
They after years favour an upper customer who has placed laminated floor down in full view of a housing manager.
The camera proves this.
After an ASBO and video footage showing drug dealing the upper customer is still favoured and allowed to keep the wood floors.

Wooden floors in an upper dwelling are not allowed by contract for a reason.
The upper customer is allowed to have different rights from anyone else in a Peabody contract unfortunately showing Peabody to be ‘discriminatory ‘ and scared to confront the Tenant who illegally obtained the unit by making false claims in her contract of Peabody lease.
One rule for one and not for all = Discrimination.
I cannot enjoy my property as I have not been able to sleep for THREE YEARS.
It’s simple apply your tenancy clauses to all your tenants.
Favouring one tenant over another is very expensive in a court of law.
