Works well for most things

Works well for most things. Sometimes the conversion from PDF to Word messes up the layout a little bit if there are images.Still better than other free tools i tried.

They withdrew money from me without authorization 49 €. Is this reasonable?! Beware.

Unauthorized charges. They withdrew a cent at first, and then they charged me 49 euros?!
