After 6 months of searching for a job and sending my CV into the ether PCVW was recommended. Claire and I had an initial call and then had an indepth 2 hour conversation about my HR experience. As I had been on a career break my old CV didn't reflect my skills and work experience. Claire took time to delve into my skills, projects and experience and drafted a very professional CV. After sending out my new CV I had 5 interviews in 1 week. Getting a new CV from PCVW was a game changer.

I'm pleased to say I have now been offered a job. PCVW is a great investment, I wished I had used the service earlier on in my job hunting. Thoroughly recommended.

Claire provided an initial analysis of my CV and we had a 20 minute chat online about what to focus on. This led me to commission Claire to re-write my CV and LinkedIn profile. I had to place this on hold whilst I started a new role which Claire was really supportive and agreed to place my CV write up until later. When we got around to it, we had a 2 hour discussion, Claire identified the essence of each role and my achievements in it and most importantly was able to bring that to the forefront. I truly believe Claire places her into your shoes and really works on the CV like its her own and her career depends on it. It really helps with Claires people background she know how to be strategic and focus on the important items that recruiters would like to see. What a great service. Spent two hours talking to Claire about every aspect of my career and current role. 1st draft of my CV came through and it was excellent. It highlighted areas that I hadn't considered. Once we'd gone through several drafts, we then moved to the LinkedIn profile. What Claire did with this profile was transformational. After uploading the changes, the number of hits went up considerably. 9 months after completing these changes I've now landed a VP role.
