Jo was amazing she helped me to set up My Chart. I had been having problems for a while with trying to connect to the system. Jo made sure today that she did not just bark a lot of instructions at be and let me go. Jo was very attentive to my needs she stayed on the line until she made sure that what I had called in for was completed. Jo did her job with a smile that I could hear over the telephone.
