PC Doctor WAS an excellent company - next-day response, problem sorted - but now all that happens is you get transferred to a phone number that is ALWAYS engaged and you are asked to leave a message. I have done this three times and no-one has EVER replied to my messages.
Don't bother with PC Doctor - find someone else.

Unexperienced and liars , they meant to do some work on my USB Key and came back after a week and 35 pounds as not working, when I asked the work they have done the only answer was we did the work (water was in.. lol it never left my bag..)and extremely rude langage F***k you on the phone !! seriously recorded on camera and now suing this company for loss

I did bring my USB to another company and they sorted it out !

They are extremely rude , slow and unexperienced
AVOID AT ANY COST

I had a problem with the drive on my laptop.
Michael in the Teddington branch was understanding, helpful, and constructive in his approach to the problem - I understood the problem but I didn't know how to sort it.
My C drive was split and needed to be combined as the laptop was running out of memory.
The result was far better than I expected because Michael found a solution which meant I didn't have to do anything!
He re-united the C and D drives and I didn't have to re-load any programs, no reloading of files, no reloading of anti-virus or apps - no hassle.
I'm new to Teddington but this will be my first port of call with any problems I encounter in the future.
Sound advice from an experienced, knowledgeable, and professional person.

I honestly don’t usually do reviews but this was a complete RIP OFF. I would not want someone else experiencing what I did.

Terrible service - not clear at all what was done.

Initially I was charged £60 for an “express service” (and I wasn’t told that I could have had a cheaper service £30 for 2 weeks despite explaining that I would not need the laptop back in a hurry).

It was not made clear this charge would not be removed from the work being done. This charge is solely for “completing the work “ which I was later told.

During the express (fast?) service they required a USB which i dropped off working - this was returned broken.

As there was “errors” with the usb they charged an additional amount which was wrong on the invoice (of course they charged me more than even the price the computer generated).

During all of this back and forth there was a month long delay (despite me paying for the fast express service) in receiving my laptop back which I had to collect (despite the free pick up and collect service!?).

When I collected the laptop it was broken! CEX who I took it to at sight after confirmed they had removed several compartments and should not have charged nearly half as much!

I had spoken with the older bearded man at PC doctors and he was BERY RUDE. Insisting I broke.

And that’s in short why I would NOT recommend.

I have been using PC Doctor since September 2009 to sort out problems relating to my laptops. Earlier this year once again PC Doctor saved the day by sorting out my Samsung Tablet and updating the back ups on my laptops. Given that the "Doctor" wore a mask I found he did an excellent job. I have very little knowledge of IT and have found PC Doctor very helpful sorting out problems.

After searching online for Authorised Apple MacBook repairs (yes I spilled coffee on it) I found many companies promising to call back which never happened or quoting me more expensive than apple themselves… but only one of them sounded professional and experienced even over the phone. Their office booked me in for initial assessment onsite with a local engineer in Richmond and he arrived on the same day. He mentioned that the MacBook needs to be taken to their workshop to be fully checked for possible repair of Logic board which is much more cost effective than just replacing the logic board…
Initially I was very sceptical about having my MacBook taken away by a anyone! However, after having the actual professional engineer visit, I was convinced, he opened my MacBook and shown me what has happened….
It only too 3 working days when I got my MacBook back with all my Data intact! As if nothing happened! I am really grateful to have found the experts and I am can’t recommend enough for this Apple MacBook repair service.

[Kingston] I needed someone urgently as I'm a standalone WFH. Good website, easy to navigate AND (better IMHO): I called and a very polite chap explained how I should book my appointment on-line first but he explained the prices per hour and the options for "next week" or "today" along with a a time-period; he said I would receive a call once I'd booked. I did. HE DID! What a good start. He arrived on time too - with a phone call to say he was on his way. THIS sort of service I am happy to pay for. He stayed 4 hours and was very fair with the billing, as the task (and BT within it) was not straight-forward. I felt that I was being dealt with in an honest, polite and knowledgeable fashion - so much so, I am sought a Package (but with a tweak for my specific requirements). AGAIN - the suggestion offered in response was beneficial both to their Company (as I am a new customer) and to me, price wise. I can't recommend more highly.
