Johns service was prompt, polite and resourceful in my computer crisis, my issue was resolved within 4 to 5 hours of booking an appointment. Very reasonable with the price. Absolutely recommend this computer service to anyone in a spot of trouble. Thanks again.

John was very helpful and reliable.He quickly understood what I needed and my new Mac was sorted in no time.
However my old mac had crashed and needed repair work. He took it away and returned it after the weekend and did not charge me for the extra time he put in.
I’m so pleased to have my new Mac fully set up to my specifications and I can now use my old Mac from a different location.

Excellent service
Jon reinstalled windows 10 on my all in one PC, talked me through everything he was doing & explained the choices i had.
When things failed a week later due to my hardware Jon was there to help again and get me going.
10/10 for service & customer care.

The engineer really knew his stuff and fixed 3 machines within one hour!
I really would recommend them to anyone who has a Mac or PC problem for a prompt and professional service.

Jon at PC & Mac repairs was excellent, I called him at around 5.30pm explaining the issue around the iMac I have and he was able to troubleshoot. Within an hour he arrived and made the fix necessary, which was excellent service considering he was travelling first thing the following day. Rapid response at its best!
Good rates and I will continue to use his services.

My Apple Mac Air display had broken and needed to be replaced. The way the Apple store treated me devastated me, but I was ecstatic about how quick and welcoming Jon was.
He came to my house and within half an hour my computer had a new display,, and my business was ready to roll again. Thank you

Expert, professional and friendly
Jon was extremely knowledgeable and managed to bring a dead mac back to life! We also sprung a second slow running one on him and he resolved all issues there too. I will definitely be using for any future tech issues.
