I cannot recommend this company enough! The service is always quick and efficient. I have experienced both a home visit ( to connect up a printer that they provided) to online help when I found myself going 'round in circles' with an issue that they were able to sort out in less than half an hour.
I have signed up for the on line service plan as I can think of no one better to call upon for help if any other problem occurs.

I have received excellent service from Jake and the team at PChelp4u over the past 2 days. I had an urgent, but not glamorous requirement as I had an alarming Trojan message. Jake quickly arranged for a service to deal with the immediate issue. He then explained the situation regarding my ancient laptop and gave me clear options and advice. Throughout he was helpful, professional and kind.

After a long and probably quite complicated phone call with the lovely jake as I am quite the technophobe! he sent out his engineer to help me who was an incredible help and did not make things anymore complicated than they needed to be sorted my issue in a clear and concise manner and was very polite. I am so grateful to have these young men on call!

PCHelp4U came and assited me after I had a Full Fibre so called upgrade from BT ( Unwanted and Unneeded frankly). After BT left I was left with a jumble of cables and boxes and seemingly no internet access.
The guys came and reviewed what had gone on , removed superflous kit and got my wifi and home phones working again.
They even went as far as to contact BT to tell them what a poor job they had done.

I am very impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of PChelp4U. It is so hard to find good, reliable service these days but these guys provide exactly that and I have already recommended and will continue to recommend PChelp4U to friends and family.

Brilliant local company! Helped replace my old computer with a brand new one, did the full data transfer and set up for me as well. Couldn't recommend them enough.

My old laptop running Win10 has started crashing within a few minutes after logging on.
Morgan came, said it may be a battery problem. I also asked if it could be upgraded to Win 11. He took the machine away. Now he called to say it's too old to be upgraded. I said what about the crashing/battery issue; he just repeated that it's old. No interest in actually fixing it. Still wants £57.

Excellent service! Following a call to their office I booked an appointment for them to look at my laptop, which had been causing me problems. The technician really knew his stuff, scanned my computer and identified that I had some malware that my anti-virus hadn’t found. He cleaned it and replaced my antivirus software for a different one and I was back up and running quickly. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.
