Since switching from our old oil boilers to the ETA biomass system, we’ve seen a number of clear benefits. The most noticeable has been the reduction in running costs, which has made a real difference given the volatility of oil prices. The system itself has also been very reliable.
From an environmental perspective, it’s reassuring to know we’re using a more sustainable, renewable fuel source, which aligns much better with our long-term goals. The heat output has been consistent, and overall the transition has been far smoother than anticipated.
We’ve been really pleased with the decision to switch and would definitely recommend it to others considering an upgrade from older systems.

this company is absolutely amazing I phoned this morning and informed them of my problem regarding another company and my order the sales person sorted me out and had a delivery out to me in an hour I cannot recommend this company enough 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great communication and directions for pick up. Items were waiting as I arrived and ind good condition. Unfortunately I've been away so wasn't able to use but no doubt all will be well. Should be back in the near future I'm sure.

Fantastic response and service.
Ran out of pellets over a bank holiday weekend, asked for help on the Sunday and had a fast response with the delivery happening very first thing on Tuesday morning. Really excellent

Excellent service from Emma on the phone, through to Sam & his assistant who did our boiler service. Highly recommend, we use for our biomass boiler & pellets in Trefin, and PBE is the most reliable & professional company we have had dealings with .

Delivery times excellent. Although lat time i didn't get through yourselves at it was a lot more expensive. Will contact yuo again next time for a quote.
