They call my business asking for the business owner. I asked what this was for and they said it was for "our merchant services". I asked if this was a sales call and she dodged the question and after asking again she said yes. I told the rep that how they are approaching these cold call is misleading and she just said "have a good day" and hung up.
Payroc customer service is in another country and they are not helpful. Bad attitude for customer service department. Agents that sign you up will not answer the phone or help after you are signed up. I was charged some Federal Payroc fees and the company would not help and blamed me for not filling out paperwork or doing something required that I was never informed about. Slow to receive money in your account. I should have checked other sites for reviews. Afterwards found out this is not a highly rated company.
PAYROC is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I told them upfront I did $70000 or more per month and gave them statements to support it. My very 1st charge was for $4200 which they immediately snatched and withheld from me. The security department agent dodged my calls for 3 days & then refused to release the funds. I cancelled my processor. Do not do business with this company!
