Very disappointed…
Very disappointed with the way this company has treated my sister.… my sister had fat freezing treatment done in Lumi Skn in Kettering, they convinced her to sign an “agreement” for 5 further fat freezing treatments. This agreement was with PayitMonthly. Unbeknown to her, she would be signing her life away! When my sister tried to cancel it, PayitMonthly referred her back to Lumi Skn. All delay tactics. Payitmonthly even said, if you don’t hear back, we will contact them for you. Lumi Skn kept insisting treatment had commenced, when it hadn’t!! as the first treatment was paid up front. Payitmonthly said that there is no cooling off period. Absolute rip off. Now my sister has had to pay £1300 for nothing!!! Basically you’re not allowed to change your mind with this company. Letters were being sent to my sisters threatening her with court, as they repeatedly ignored her requests to cancel the agreement. This company is really bad!!

PayitMonthly acts solely as the finance provider and is not jointly liable with the retailer for the services sold or delivered. The agreement entered into was a unregulated credit agreement, separate from the treatment contract with Lumi Skn.
That said, we did contact the retailer on your sister’s behalf and followed up with them in an effort to assist. We supported her as much as we were able to within the limits of our position and the terms of the agreement.
We understand how frustrating this situation has been and regret that the outcome was not what your sister hoped for. We wish her all the very best in the future.

My life saver …
I was so impressed with your company from the start.
A gentleman called out to show myself a scooter and how it works,
I was a little nervous and embarrassed about having one.
But unfortunately due to my mobility deteriorating the only way was having a scooter.
It made my life so much easier and better to go out.
The price was excellent and having the chance to pay it monthly was amazing.
But I have to say a massive thank you to the gentleman who came out to explain everything to me. He was so helpful, polite, and very professional at his job.
And to say I have paid my last payment.
So thank you.

What's not to like?
Useful to not have to splash out the full amount for wheelchair at start and with interest free and relatively easy sign up on internet nothing to dislike about service. Also formal confirmation that agreement finished useful reminder.
