This is an issue regarding both retailer…
This is an issue regarding the retailer and the finance company PayItMonthly. I had signed up to a course and unbeknownst to me there was no cancellation or return policy, however the finance was set up before I signed these vague documents that I was rushed through.
I brought this up to PayItMonthly days after I had the space to read through and saw this is not what I wanted and was told that they would not investigate or take it further.
My main issue was that I emailed a week prior and called to follow up and they said they hadn’t received the email. I had sent it a further two times and they then asked to sen it to their staff email which they would forward. I sent a complaints email which they also did not recieve but I called straight after to ensure they check their mailbox. They said that they had issues where the email wasn’t being forwarded to their other email account?? Did not make sense to be honest.
I have sent my complaint and been told I would hear back in 48 hours. If they refuse to investigate, I will be taking this forward with the FOS

I was disappointed to see the review you've left us as our Customer Liaison team have been talking to us about how to approach the situation you're in with your account.
Our partner team have already contacted the retailer on your behalf to try and get some clarity on the situation and figure out a way to move forward with this amicably.
Our team haven't said that we will not be taking this further, rather that you should contact the service provider directly as this issue relates directly to them and not us as the 3rd party finance provider.
The customer team are still actively trying to help you where they can, but all of the documentation being signed and then the complaint being raised means it's going to take time to reach a resolution.
You are welcome to take this further with the FOS if you feel this is the only option, however, we are still trying to do all we can to assist.

This was a great way to split my costs…
This was a great way to split my costs for a photo shoot i had,meaning I could obtain them at once. The process of arranging and applying was easy and efficient. The only gripe was 1st installment was taken on approval, so make sure you have this in your bank. It was so easy and paying overtime meant no stress was felt. I would recommend and use this again in the future.

Felt like a rip off.
Felt like a rip off. I was charged twice in a month then it was reversed without an explanation. The course itself wasn't worth it. I would have continued with my YouTube videos.

After looking into your account I can see that the reason you had a month with 2 payments is that your payment for June 2025 didn't go through and was successfully reattempted on the 1st of July 2025, and then your normal payment came out on the 21st of July.
I feel the remainder of this review is for the retailer rather than PayItMonthly as the financing company. We're always happy to liaise with the retailer but we need to be made aware of the issues you're having in order to support.

Easy as using a debit card.
The shop I brought from set it all up. I brought my stuff as if I was using a debit card. Nice and easy.
My only complaint BUT this is probably the shops doing NOT PAY MONTHLY is I was due a a bit of a refund due to faulty parts but never got it.
