Order a dog jumper, took a long time to arrive. When it did arrive it was very very poor quality, requested for a refund but got no reply! Avoid!!!

I order a personalised dog harness (as advertised) and subsequently received an email stating personalisation was no longer available. I requested a refund of the difference in cost between the personalised item and the bog standard one, which has never been received. Consequently I asked to return the item for a refund. It shipped to me from within the UK but the address provided is in Canada, making it prohibitively expensive to return the item for a refund. I emailed to say that I want to return it to the UK address from which they ship, but they are unresponsive. Best avoided, if you want what you paid for!

Ball launcher absolutely useless. Drop ball in and rolls out. Complete waste of time. Sad as Christmas pressie for our dogs and big disappointment!!

AirTag Dog Collar paid for in February. Never arrived

Ordered a beige labrador planter a week ago, only communication received is order confirmation, payment has been taken. No further updates, no sign of any dispatch or delivery dates. This is a birthday present, so far I've nothing good to say about this company. I could have bought the same item on amazon for cheaper but I thought I'd support this small business, big mistake!
Update! Day after I emailed to cancel, suddenly item is dispatched! 10 days after order. Standard shipping, well what's that? Royal mail, courier, no idea and no idea when it will arrive! No idea if it will arrive in time. No response to 2 emails. Absolutely no customer service, would give minus stars if possible. Awful company. Do not recommend, do not use!
Shipping advertised as 1-3 days, totally not true!
FURTHER UPDATE.
Item received after 17 days. No good to me now as it arrived too late. This awful company has a NO REFUND policy! You have to email and beg and plead to ask for a refund! Then when you do request a refund they DON'T reply! I'm £33 poorer and have a useless item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE DISGUSTING. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON'T CARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!

I collaborated with Pawtopia through Afluencer app, created videos for this brand and never got payed.Pawtopia customers service is very incompetent and dishonest,I ordered 3 items from them and received just 2,after over 2 months negotiation they finally decided to refund the missing item.I don't recommend Pawtopiastore.com to anyone.
