I recently utilized the services of Paws on Wheels to transport my puppy from Glasgow to the Midlands, and I am beyond pleased with the exceptional care and service provided.
From the moment I entrusted my furry friend to Paws on Wheels, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care demonstrated by Oliver, the driver. Oliver's courteous and considerate demeanor immediately put me at ease, making the entire experience stress-free.

Oliver transported my puppy from Leicester to Scotland and kept in touch with me throughout. Also sent me a tracking link and made stops to check on puppy and assure me of his welfare. I would heartily recommend his transporting services.

I used Oliver to transport my dog from Dover to Scotland and due to the distance looked after him overnight at his house. He updated me all along the way with a gps tracking link so I could follow their journey. He also provided me with photos every few hours of my dog so I could see he was well cared for throughout the trip.

An extremely professional and positive experience. Oliver carried out my request exactly as I had asked for. Oliver comes highly commended from me! He picked up my new kitten from Scotland and brought him down to the London area. I was able to see where he was throughout the whole journey, he sent me regular pictures and was contactable throughout. Oliver seemed to really care about the kitten and gave me a full report of what she had been up to on the journey and how she coped, etc. This was all as we would have expected from such a service.

However, we had to return the kitten due to an allergy and we got back in contact. Although circumstances meant we had to take the kitten back ourselves really quickly, Oliver did EVERYTHING he could to help us out, by working out where he could reschedule to help get her back quickly, flexible to what might have happened when I was waiting to chat to the breeder and even offered to take the kitten himself until he could transport back and was really understanding - completely above and beyond considering we were in a bit of a panic as to what to do.

I wouldn’t hesitate in trusting Oliver with a pet of mine again, should I need such a service.

Oliver was so caring transporting my Bengal Kitten.
He truly treated my kitten as if his own,he was extremely good and professional. Keeping me updated and making the whole thing as stress free as possible for me and my kitten. My kitten was relaxed and settled when he arrived. I choose him over cheaper quotes as I felt its worth the caring and great facilities. I will definitely use him again

Oliver wasn’t the cheapest pet transporter when I was looking for one for delivery of an 8 week old puppy but I liked the way he acknowledged that in his written introduction by also saying he treated every animal he transported as his own, his van was kitted out for most eventualities and he assured me my puppy would have his whole attention during his long journey, stopping frequently for water (and cuddles if needed!) And he was true to his word, I even received photos of my little pup having a cuddle after he had been a bit travel sick. Oliver had used a little calming spray as well which had also helped to settle my
Pup. I was able to track the long journey for collection of the little one and all the way back to me. When Oliver carried my
puppy into my home the pup was happy and calm and settled in my arms immediately. Oliver himself was a very pleasant, polite young man and I won’t hesitate to book him again should I need to.

Due to my poor wife being seriously ill, I was unable to pick my baby Eagle Owl up from Wales, a good 650 mile round trip. I phoned several couriers to enquire about their services, but weren’t overly impressed with any of them to be honest.
Somebody suggested I give Shiply a try. With my options getting tight, I gave it a go. I received 7 or 8 “bids” for my request, but one person stuck out more favourably than the others.
Paws-On-Wheels is run by a very polite, professional and trustworthy young man called Oliver. He gave me his price which I accepted and once the deal was struck, his communication skills were excellent.
Oliver kept me updated throughout the “job”, informing me of pick up, progress and any traffic problem en route. He even sent me a link to keep track of his progress all along the route to home.
My baby owl was delivered to me in perfect condition, not at all stressed and travelled to me in a well kitted out, DEFRA licensed vehicle.
I can thoroughly recommend Oliver for this sort of work where the collection or delivery of animals is concerned. I will most definitely be asking for his services again in the future, and would encourage anyone else requiring movement of their precious cargo to use him too. I used Oliver to transport my puppy from the breeder in Surrey to me up in Scotland. He kept me informed throughout the journey with timings and even had a website I could track his location. He stopped for water and my puppy seemed really calm after the journey so I really appreciate his careful driving!
