Decepcionado con toda la app. Primero, por compartir internet no pagan absolutamente nada, a no ser de que tengas cientos de referidos o 10 dispositivos con IPs distintas. Ahora bien, lo que supestamente da fijo más dinero que es el PlayTime no funciona...nunca me pasan apps ni nada. Y finalmente, no pierdan el valioso tiempo en esas encuestas...es totalmente frustrante y nunca compensan el tiempo perdido. No recomiendo Pawns para nada si lo que se piensa es obtener ingresos extra.

Although I had an issue with my initial withdrawal, I took it to support and they fixed it inside of 4 minutes. That’s the most responsive support I have ever received! Serious Issues with Service and Functionality in Brazil
Dear Pawns Support Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with your platform’s service in Brazil. The support here is extremely poor—emails go unanswered, and my account balance was suddenly reset to zero without explanation. When I check the transaction history, I notice negative balances for completed surveys, like -0.670, which makes no sense. Furthermore, surveys in Brazil rarely work. Whether I answer quickly or invest serious effort as recommended, I end up being disqualified from 19 out of 20 surveys. This makes the experience highly frustrating, not just with your main partner BitLabs, but with other providers (on the rare occasion they appear).
BitLabs is especially problematic; neither the surveys nor the games ever work properly. Even when I complete tasks, they are not credited as they should be, leading to significant wasted time. To make matters worse, the support option for games only becomes available after the offer expires, making it impossible to report the issue in a timely manner. The same happens with surveys, which further complicates the process of raising concerns or evaluating issues.
I strongly believe that surveys should end with a pop-up asking if everything functioned as expected, if payment was received, or if any errors occurred. The current system leaves no room for users to flag problems. Additionally, Pawns should consider introducing alternative ways to earn, such as through videos or ads, especially since the surveys and games are so unreliable. This would also give Brazilian users a fairer chance to compete on the global leaderboard, where we are constantly at a disadvantage due to these issues. Both the top 10 rankings and sweepstakes seem out of reach because of the platform's instability in Brazil.
Moreover, I would suggest that Pawns conduct its own surveys instead of relying on these unreliable partners that frequently have host/server errors. Often, I receive messages that the survey has reached its participant limit, yet it remains active and accessible. After attempting to enter, I am told the survey is unavailable or accused of fraudulent behavior. This creates an unfair and frustrating experience for Brazilian users, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued.
In summary, the way the platform currently operates in Brazil is completely inadequate, and it feels like total disregard for Brazilian users. I hope you can address these concerns and take steps to improve the experience for us.
