This costume was awesome! Everything in it was provided from wig to dress; the dress itself fits well with some stretch to it and the print colors are even better in reality.

Very satisfied with the fabric used in this one, it is far more thicker than I anticipated and surely isn't that light, cheap polyester material usually used in costumes.

Very fast and easy to order

They sent me the wrong sizes. When I tried to contact them they said that this is what I ordered-I send them screen shots of my order confirmation as well as images of the items that were incorrect. The customer service rep sent me an email stating it was my fault in all capitals. This company is a huge scam-save your money.

Over 20 emails later back and forth because I never received an outfit I ordered. I placed a $260 order and recieved all of them but one outfit! They are refusing to send it to me, saying I need to return the item to get a refund! I NEVER RECIEVED THE ITEM TO SEND IT BACK TO YOU!!! Outfits are cute a lot of them look NOTHING like the photos on their website though and bows were missing as well. All i am asking is that the outfit i ordered be sent to me if they cant do that then I should expect a company to refund the money. Until this is correct I will continue to write this review. Worst customer service ever! I will never order from them again ever Pawlulu you guys should be ashamed!

I placed two orders. The first was spot on. I received the correct items. I would say with the band outfits you might be safe as I believe they just screen print them upon order and have tons of stock on the rompers. The quality is decent but they are priced a little high.

The second order however I received two incorrect items. I followed up on the website and both items were removed. My guess is they ran out of stock and shipped the most similar items they had on hand without notifying me.
When I reached out I got the same offer that seems to be the only solution they offer. $5 refund and a 20% discount on your next order and they would not budge on anything else. You can ship back at your cost but the way its worded is fishy and leads me to believe they provide fake info so they don't get it back and you don't get a refund.

If you're okay with the possibility of items that are close but not the same then you will likely be ok.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Ordered a few outfits. I received an outfit that was completely and totally different than what I ordered. Not even the same design or pattern. They just sent whatever they felt like. The other outfit was to have bell bottoms, which were NOT on the pants, and the onesie I ordered was to be a size 18-24 months and it’s totally a 4T. When reaching out to the company, they basically shrugged it off as it was my issue, offered a $3 compensation on a $90 order or if I wanted a refund I needed to pay to return the items. Buyer beware. Do not order from this company!

If I could rate 0 I would! I ordered the Babe sassy outfit with heart glasses, I didn't receive the glasses and the outfit is quite literally nothing like the picture! The size is HUGE and I ordered a 12-18 months and it looks more like 2 or 3t, the letters are in orange and the material feels like a swimsuit and the stitching was coming apart, I have been trying to reach out to the customer service and it's absolutely crickets 😬😡

This business is a scam. I purchased three items from them and they sent 2 of them and a random third item. They acknowledged the shipping error but would not correct it. They offered a $3 refund and 20% off coupon, absolutely not. My item was $20 and I will never purchase from them again. They claim that because I have 3 items that there is no missing items. They will not pay for the shipping to return the item either. And will not complete a refund without the item returned. It had been the most ridiculously frustrating customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t waste your time shopping here, you won’t receive what you order anyway.

Bought the 3 piece onesies for my 1 and 2 year old. The bamboo fabric is super smooth and honestly they hold up great after multiple washes. Colors haven't faded at all.

I ordered a good amount of items. Received everything but my two items I was most excited for. I reached out and explained I was kissing two items and received two items that were not on my order. They offered me a $9 refund and 20% off coupon for my next purchase. Both items I was missing were worth $20 each, and they wouldn’t give me a refund for the full amount missing, only the $9 and coupon code. They said I could send everything back at that point or just take the $9. Terrible customer service, I will not be purchasing from here again.

This company has been such a pleasure doing business with. The clothes are amazing, the quality is so good especially for the price. The shipping is always quick as well.We’ve been shopping with them since our daughter was 9 months old , she’s almost 3 🥺. I’m gonna be sad. I’ll let you know if it’s in the clothes. 😭 I wish I could give them 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
