Dat ik 5 euro moet betalen om iets terug te sturen is niet meer van deze tijd. Erg jammer want hebben mooie lingerie maar denk wel 3 keer na om hier nog iets te bestellen.

Overall not too happy with my experience
The delivery arrived fast and I did keep one bra, which looked almost as nice as the pictures, but unfortunately the product quality doesn’t quite hold up. Also, I thought they would be made in Portugal, but only one of them was - the rest was made in China and looked just cheap. Therefore, I returned four of the pieces over a month ago, but still haven’t received my money back! Sent two emails to the customer service and got no reply still. :(
Edit: received a friendly email from the founder after posting the review and finally got my money back. Overall, I didn’t have the best experience with their service, but hope it was an exception.
