We have just received our sixth delivery…
We have just received our sixth delivery of Garonne pavings, (Contractors Pack) which now completes the project to replace our existing pathways. We can recommend this Company as our experience of dealing with them has been second to none. From submitting the order, to receiving delivery, our experience has been good, not to mention the beautiful products. Many thanks to all concerned.

Paving fine, delivery terrible.
Paving direct itself was fine, very helpful and product as ordered. The delivery company however was not great. Delivery was confirmed on a Friday, including a time and we had called twice and spoken to someone as I was at home from work to receive the delivery. On second call the time was confirmed. 3 hours after the time promised, we rang back as no sign of delivery and we were informed that it had been too heavy for the truck so it wasn't coming. Several issues here - why didn't they know this when they confirmed the delivery time when I rang in the morning, why didn't they plan for this when they were organising the deliveries for the day (it's literally their job), and why didn't they tell us it wasn't coming!? We shouldn't have had to check when they didn't turn up. Really poor. We were able to rearrange for the Monday, but seriously disappointing given working from home arrangements were made.
Also very dependent who you spoke to on the phone, whether they seemed to care or not. One lady was very helpful about trying to find a way to deliver on gravel as others have mentioned in reviews. The other lady we spoke to didn't seem to care at all about the failed delivery. Suggest paving direct have have a word with their delivery folk as it really damaged the overall experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your delivery — we completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after taking time off work.
While we’re pleased you were happy with the paving and the service from our team, it’s clear the courier didn’t meet the standards we expect. We’re already in contact with you directly to resolve this and are addressing the issue with our delivery partner to help prevent a repeat.
We really appreciate your patience and for bringing this to our attention — your feedback genuinely helps us improve the overall experience for all our customers.
Excellent customer service
I asked to be informed when the pack was back in stock and received a message within a few days. Placed an order and had delivery shortly afterwards. Not needed immediately but good to know I’ve got them as they are to extend an existing patio. Service from Paving Direct was excellent.

Samples sealed the deal …
We did a lot of research into linear style pavers for our driveway and sourced several varieties from different suppliers. Paving Direct was the only supplier that was able to meet our desire for a pale buff colour block that looked like real stone with some variation in colour. They sent three samples very quickly and cheaply which confirmed our selection. Next step is to arrange a contractor and order enough for circa 65sqm.

Really easy to order
Really easy to order, slabs are perfect, just what we were looking for, no damage to any of them. Delivery driver was so helpful and a really nice chap. Only downside was that they couldn’t give me a definate delivery day, which is awkward when you are working.
