The information was given in a way that was easy to understand. The insider tips and tricks of the business are most interesting. Stepping you out of the layman's way of doing things, you are able to take a couple of leaps ahead of the crowd to reach your goal easier and more economically. That is good information with the system in place for almost fool proof results.

Excellent presentation & very informative. All the things needed to know has been laid out in a systematic way, understanding the process is much more easier. Also, the FB system is pretty amazing as you will be guided accordingly. I would say that the 3 day workshop is really beneficial I have gained more knowledge about it. Overall, it was a great learning experience.

Paul Esajian & Than Merrill 3 Day Work Shop Was An Excellent Experience!

I had a very good experience attending the 3 day work shop. The presentation was great and lot of the information was a true eye-opener for me. I learned a lot about how real estate works, its relevance in today's markets and the many benefits one gets being an investor. I was very impressed with the presenter as well, how transparent he was, sharing stories of how he started in the business and the successes he has had so far, and how enthusiastic he was about sharing the many benefits of real estate. I highly recommend the information presented, life changing!

Over the 3 day training/workshop I've learned so much more than real estate,I learned about how to take care of my taxes or how to own properties and not to be taxed heavily,the knowledge of knowing what a good property and investment are brought great value to.me and I will use these lessons and become very successful and also the system they use to rehab properties

I was at first skeptical but oh boy how I much I was proved wrong. This event changed my life and my outlook on my future. I now am certain that real estate is where my career belongs and I know that Fortune Builders is the right hands to leave my trust in. Would recommend any one who wants to learn more in real estate to look to attend this event!

I recently attended the 3 day Fortune Builders workshop in Phoenix Arizona. It was amazing and totally worth my time and money. These people know what they are doing! They are honest, have integrity and many years of experience. They have perfected the art of making money in the Real Estate business.

Overall, great seminar!
I would try a different approach. Separate the audience by experience...
Conduct the same exact seminar for beginners or “the masses”.
For the more experienced bunch; provide an agenda on what will be discussed and hone in on their needs and motivators. Some of these people may need a little leverage to be the next big thing... “if you help enough people get what they want, by default, you’ll get what you want” -Zig Ziglar
