Sales team were really helpful.
Our fitter on the day was Martin and he did a great job and was a really lovely guy. My husband is a tradesman and he was very impressed with the standard of the units and Martins professionalism.

Quality of our order, when received, was also exceptional. A couple of hiccups, one being ours, which were quickly resolved by Tracy, who looked after us from our first enquiry until completion.

Excellent all round service from Paula Rosa
Always excellent customer service. The Sales Dept are knowledgeable, and attentive, providing an efficient, friendly service. The fitters are very experienced, knowledgeable & friendly, taking care in my home to get everything just right, leaving the area clean and tidy, having vacuumed and removed packaging. I always think of Paula Rosa first for my kitchen as I know the order will be monitored and well managed and the fitting will be expertly handled.

Replace kitchen worktop
Absolutely impeccable service. I was not looking forward to having all three kitchen worktops replaced due to some damage . There is something about “ old school generation “ from start , during and on completion on my experience. I can not fault our fitter at all . He was a very clean and tidy worker and attention to detail was 100% . I didn’t really have to wipe the cupboards or clean at all after he left . One very happy customer. Thank you Martin . Clive and Kev were great. They fully explained what they were going to do as well as giving a comprehensive overview of the work carried out before they left. Everything was kept tidy and they even fixed a couple of minor issues they had spotted with the kitchen which were unrelated to the work they were carrying out
