If I could give negative stars I…

If I could give negative stars I would... I had a SEVERE allergic reaction... these patches left red itchy welts that lasted for DAYS after removal... and the company will not refund my money!!

HUGE content reduction in MultiVit Plus

I had been a monthly subscriber for several years and have been recommending the MultiV+ to friends. I noticed that the packaging had changed on the MultiVit+ so I looked at the specs and they have been reduced half to one third of their previous content!

They made no announcement regarding this >HUGE< reduction of content while still charging the same. Pissed me off!!!.

I have now gone with a different MultiVit+ patch Mfg.with the specs of the original PatchMd MutiVit+. Not only that, their subscription is almost half with free shipping/no tax.

Long time patch user

I have been using 3 patches since 2013 (C Plus, B12, D3/K2) and my blood work always came back well within normal limits. Once the patches were changed, my lab work is indicating low Vit D, low Vit C, as well as low B12. I'm finding that liposomal supplements are necessary so there's no reason for me to buy or use patches any longer.

I can not say enough good things about…

I can not say enough good things about these patches! My vitamin levers were extremely low, it took about 2 months before I could tell a difference. I have been using them for about 6 months now and I have never felt better. I was to the point I couldn’t get out of bed now I have energy and feel great! Thank you for making these wonderful patches. I use a combination of iron plus, B12, a multi and calcium.

I used the old formula of sleep patch

I used the old formula of sleep patch, which was great. I ordered the new formula and they are not the same. They do not work as well and I have a very drugged feeling for about a half a day after using them. I wish you had left it alone. I can't deal with that icky feeling. The old formula worked great, why did you change? Can't use these. From what I have been reading other patches changed formulas. Why change if it is working?

Scars

I loved the patches. But after 2 weeks using them I noticed they burn my skin. Sadly I had to stop. I have "scars" everywhere I used them

Surprise Change in Patch products

I wish I had seen these reviews sooner.

Like other people, I encountered similar issues with the recent patches.

I tried to post my rating on PatchMD's site, but, I got a message that my post was pending review. Interesting!

Like many people, I have enjoyed using these and other patches for a little over 2 years. When I started using these patches, the formulations were great. However, recently, I discovered by chance that PatchMD made a lot changes to the formulations of their patch products. Adding new ingredients was fine in some cases. However, PatchMD greatly reduced the value of several existing ingredients such as B12, Magnesium, Zinc.

I can understand that a patch can only hold a limited amount of ingredients. However, some of the reductions seem quite severe. For example, some of the patched used to have 1,000 mcg of B12. If everyone looked carefully, they would see that the B12 value has been reduced down to 100 mcg. Especially, for the B12 patch. That's more than a 50 percent cut. This level of reduction raises the question of the B12 patch being a true B12 vitamin patch. We might as well go back to taking pills again.

The Endurance Max patch had 30 MG of Zinc. Now, it has about 5 MG
The Multi-Vitamin patch had 15 MG of Zinc. Now, it has about 5 MG

One warning I would give fellow customers is to look very closely at the patch description information on PatchMD's website. When you select one patch product, one part with product details will show one listing value while further down the page, when you click on the ingredients tab, it would show a different ingredients listing.

Before posting this review, I did reach out to PatchMD so I could give a full and fair overall review of this situation. To their credit, PatchMD's customer service is great. This is the main reason I gave this review 2 stars and not lower. The response was prompt, positive and professional.

Another concern about some of these changes I had was these changes came without any notice. What if someone was allergic to a new ingredient?
It was this point that pushed me to post this review. I usually don't do a lot of reviews and it takes a lot to make me post a trouble review.

When PatchMD responded to my inquiry on this, they indicated that the changes were in response to meet industry standards. Well, if that is the case, how is it I could find another patch company that have the ingredient values PatchMD used to have before now. As a result of these findings, I had to cancel my PatchMD subscription and start getting patches from the other company with the old values.

As a company, I believe PatchMD is a good company with great customer service. However, I think PatchMD's management approach on this doesn't meet it's customers' needs as the former approach did.

If PatchMD idea wanted to introduce new ingredients, they could have done that by making a new separate patch and let the customers decide if they wanted those ingredients.

I'll hold out hope that PatchMD will adjust their products close to what they used to be.

Never buying again

Never buying again.

I am so mad that I’ve gone to restock on the patches my family uses and they changed the formula! There’s not 1/4 of what used to be in the allergy patch now. I’ve sent them no less than 10 personal friends. My son was able to get off of singulair and be able to use just the healthy vitamins in the patch. So mad! I emailed and got some bs excuse about industry standards. Yeah, the vitamin and supplement industry isn’t regulated. Ridiculous!

Wouldn't use them if they were free - changed formulations

I used to swear by these patches and recommend them to all of my clients. Then they changed formulations without telling anyone or posting it on their website. I wouldn't take them if someone gave them to me for free. The potency is half or in some cases 1/3 of the previous formulations. When I wrote to them, they tried to pass it off as different packaging and labeling, but that just isn't true.

They changed the dosage to almost nothing

It seems like it's a scam site now? I bought here before and it was good. Now, they lowered the dosage to almost a minimum dosage which is nothing, and yet you pay the same price. I will shop elsewhere. Too bad because it used to be good. I think it has a new owner?

Rash and others things worth mentioning....

Don't get me wrong I love the idea of letting a patch do the work, as long as they DO work... However I've noticed rashes in certain parts of my body that are the same shape as the patch, so I do have to switch the spots I apply them to everyday. I also read on one of their website pages that most people wear an average of up to six patches I believe; but it didn't specify if that's a possibility with the same type of patch. There is simply not enough information given about "over dosing", which patch is "safe" with which, what nutrient to avoid mixing with the patches (you name it)!... So their effectiveness is a mystery to me. No disclaimer in their website as to what NOT to do while wearing a patch. I could go on.

they provide no data that their patches are clinically effective and they changed the adhesive so it now leaves behind a gunky sticky mess thats impossible to get off. terrible customer service too

Scam

SCAM they have changed their dosage of all their patches. DO NOT BUY THem. The dosage is so low that it's insignificant. But You still pay the same price than the old patch! !!!!!! Put your money elsewhere! !!!

AUTO-CHARGED MY CARD OVER $1000 FOR A $28 SUBSCRIPTION

I had been using this company for a couple of months and finally decided to just use the subscription option on the patches I needed. This way I wouldn't have to go in and purchase every month, it would just be automatic. Huge mistake. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CARD NUMBER. I woke up on Sunday to my regular $28.00 subscription, followed by another withdrawal for $77 and then ANOTHER for $1028! That is not a typo. They made a third withdrawal for OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS. Customer service would not answer the phone or call me back. I finally get an email saying there was an "accounting error," and I should get my money back in 3-5 business days. Meanwhile, my rent check bounces! I understand that mistakes happen, but this cost me dearly, and I do not trust them enough to use them again in the future.

I have a difficult time absorbing harsh…

I have a difficult time absorbing harsh solid vitamins due to stomach surgery. I figured the best most effective way to get vitamins into my system would be topically. I used the patch for several months and used high doses with no lasting effects. After 6 months, I was tested for iron deficiency and my iron was low. Mind you, I was using the iron patch as well as the multi with iron, so I was exceeding the recommended dosage of iron. So, the red flag was up and I began to question the validity of these patches.
Several months ago, I was charged by the company but never received my order. When I disputed the charge, they immediately sent me the order. 2 months ago, I was notified by my credit card company that I was charged twice by the company for my recurring order. I only received 1 order. I immediately canceled my subscription. Even though the subscription was canceled, the continued to charge my account and NOT send an order this past month. My credit card company has been notified, my card has been canceled and they are filing a fraud charge against the company. Please do not be taken in by the phony claims of this company!

Just a warning if you have to return patches to put insurance on them. I got screwed out if $177.00 because I didn't.

Track number did not exist and my account disappeared
