Ik heb contact opgenomen met de chatbot en die geeft aan dat alle transacties kloppen en hun niet zomaar geld eraf halen dus kort om “ik lieg”?! Dit is de laatste keer dat ik bij hun heb gespeeld! Mijn ervaring met PartySpins voelt helaas zeer onbetrouwbaar. Storten gaat zonder problemen, maar zodra je probeert uit te betalen, loopt alles vast. Het proces wordt onduidelijk, blijft hangen en de klantenservice stuurt steeds dezelfde standaardreacties zonder echte oplossing.

Na meerdere pogingen om het netjes op te lossen, begon dit voor mij scam-achtig aan te voelen: geld storten is makkelijk, maar je eigen geld opnemen blijkt extreem lastig.

Ik deel dit om anderen te waarschuwen. Wees voorzichtig voordat je hier geld stort en ga er niet zomaar vanuit dat uitbetalen probleemloos zal verlopen

Avoid this casino at all costs.
My account showed €30,000 (€27,000 available and €3,000 pending withdrawal). After days of the withdrawal being “pending”, the entire balance was removed without warning or clear justification.

I was told in live chat that no action was required and that the withdrawal was fine. At no point was I informed that I had to keep playing to avoid losing my funds.

This matter has now been escalated to compliance and the licensing authority.

Eigentlich finde ich es gut wenn Casinos eigene Software statt das Krabbenzeug oder Softswiss nutzen. Bei Igloo ihren Casinos hat man aber leider fast immer Probleme, meist mit den Boni. Spins kommen nicht, vorallem wenn über mehrere Tage sollen. Hier in meinem Fall aber noch negativer, ich hatte im Juni via Google Login ein Konto erstellt, ohne Deposit und die Email Newsletter waren darum aus noch.
Heute loggte ich mich ein und bekam unter Promotions einen 300% plus Spins angeboten. Leider habe ich es ausgerechnet hier versäumt dieses zu screenshotten, was ja eigentlich auch unnötig sein sollte. Nach Einzahlung bekam ich den normalen 200% gutgeschrieben und wie immer war der Chat nicht gewillt, hier Abhilfe zu schaffen obwohl ich die URL zur Promoseite mitschickte. Da der Maximalgewinn auf das 10fache vom Bonusbetrag begrenzt ist, macht es einen grossen Unterschied ob 200 oder 300% .... !

Alles in allem aber trotzdem 4* aufgrund der dann schnellen Auszahlung, jedesmal aber schade wie die Company ein riesiges Potenzial dann nicht nutzt durch mangelnden Service etc

Hier meer dan 1500 euro aan geld staan, blijkbaar een bonus gekregen zonder daar om gevraagd te hebben.

Geld is afgepakt.
Gemailt maar geen reactie.

I did not recieve my cashout. Partyspins says that they have sent it and my bank says that it have not reached them. Partyspins support is terrible. It have been 3 weeks now and they are just sending automatic answers like "all payments have been successfully processed"

Guys as long as you don't accept any of the bonusses they will pay you. The only negative thing i can say is that i had to wait 6 days for the withdrawal. But i got mine today. And it was a 1000 euros. From a 100 euro deposit.

so I signed in with an account, WITH my name! I deposited without a problem, when I withdrew they closed my account for 3rd party card holder. The support did not help me a single bit. So I deposited and now can't withdraw.

This casino website is a true criminal enterprise and scam. They operate on the Dutch market but dont have a proper dutch license, so its illegal to attract dutch players. Also there cashback is not a cashback because it needs 10x wagering, so its actually a BONUS. This is misleading!
But that doesnt matter because you wont win any money in this casino. Its Impossible! The RTP is absolutely ZERO.
Another thing that they wont close your account when you ask them, even if you state that you have gambling addiction issue.
So conclusion: a criminal organisation and a scam casino.

Did not know i still had bonus money,so i played 2 times on a big bet.(only 2 spins)
Also did not receive any warning or anything.
Now i finally wanted to pay out and they took all the money because it is in the terms & policy and i don't receive anything.
It was a 35x30 wager this is 1050 i did a withdrawl of 1700 so at least i still should receive 650 but they Just pay nothing and that's it.
