Scam company that sells defective parts! We bought a $300 part from them, it didn’t function, and called them to return. They asked for us to send it to them (for $40) then said because we plugged it in they would not refund. 100% a scam company that will repackage the broken product to you and refuse to issue a refund. It looks like several have had an identical experience.
Reply to their reply: it was a correct part for the unit, it was just defective. It appears this is part of the game. Just to be clear, the part was bought for $300, sent back at our (customer) expense for $40 and now they’re refusing a refund and gaslighting. Guarantee they will resell this bad part! Reviews are full of this issue happening over and over.

Don't use this company
It can't. This company caused me to be be 1 full week behind even after taking the order. Nothing up front said they needed Serial Numbers or Model Numbers and I ordered based upon the exact model of the commplressor I was looking for. Then they wanted me to forgo any warranty with no return. Then add a few more days to get my money back which they had illegally charged without anyhting being shipped. I will never order from these people again.

Poor Service, Misleading Pricing, and Zero Accountability
I had a terrible experience with PartsHNC and strongly recommend buying your parts elsewhere.
I ordered an inducer motor on a Sunday and paid extra for 2-day air shipping. Only afterward did I realize their shipping facility was about 30 miles from me. I called immediately to see if I could pick up the part instead — they refused, saying that wasn’t an option.
Shortly after, I received an email stating the sales price was wrong and I’d need to pay an additional $150. They told me I could cancel if I didn’t want to pay the difference, so I replied and cancelled the order. I then bought the same part from another vendor.
But then I got another email from PartsHNC saying the price was actually correct and the previous message was a mistake. I called again, reiterated that I wanted the order cancelled, and was told it was “too late.” This was at 8:00 AM Monday morning — less than 12 hours after placing the order, and before any FedEx confirmation had even been generated. They couldn’t provide a tracking number and kept saying I would receive it “within two hours.” None came that day.
Only late Monday evening did I finally get a FedEx notice that a label had been created — meaning the package hadn’t actually shipped yet.
Meanwhile, the other vendor I ordered from (SupplyHouse) cancelled my order instantly with no hassle at all — excellent customer service.
On Tuesday, PartsHNC emailed saying the part would arrive that day, and that they had put in a request to recall the shipment. I told them if it actually arrived, that was fine. It didn’t — the delivery date changed to Wednesday. Then Wednesday morning, I saw the part was returned to the shipper instead. After all this chaos, I had to place yet another order with SupplyHouse. When I explained the situation, they shipped the part to me at no charge.
That’s the difference between a reputable company and PartsHNC.
Do yourself a favor: avoid PartsHNC. The experience was full of inconsistent information, refusal to cancel an unshipped order, questionable pricing practices, and poor communication. There are far better suppliers out there — SupplyHouse proved that. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

My order took five days to arrive after…
My order took five days to arrive after paying for an overnight delivery. I won't ever buy from this company again. My tenant had no hot water, so I had ro spend double the amount to get a plumber to fix the issue. There was no need for the part after I got it fixed. Let me know if I can get a full refund.

Well to begin with I ordered the wrong part. We found that it was wrong before it was installed by checking it with a meter to verify the switch markup.
The problem started when I needed to return the part. It appeared this company does not have a standard return policy, because it took me multiple request to get the info to return the part.
They wanted the part to be tracked, so this also notified me when they received the part. It is now Jan 21 2026 and they received the part back Jan 9.
Each inquiry I have made more excuses are made for the when I may receive the refund. The last communication informed me that they need 3 to 5 days for their “inspection team” to inspect the part for signs if it was used or not. Then I was told the 3 to 5 days started from my last email inquiry. After the inspection is done they said they would notify me that the 8 to 10 days process to refund the card has started. To date no update has been received on the inspection or the refund process.
Bottom line! 30% restocking fee of a part that weighs under a pound. They are quick to send out the part ordered but they have a very slow and convoluted process to return. I will not use this company again.
If you decide to use them don’t make the mistake I did and order the wrong part.

New OEM Part for 1/2 the Cost!
Found the part I needed for my AC unit for under half the cost that the manufacturer was selling it for. The part shipped out quickly.
As usual for me, all unexpected appliances tend to break at the worst possible times of the year. This one happened to break on Christmas Eve. Understandably it wouldn’t ship out until after the Holiday weekend and normally that wouldn’t be an issue during Winter, but here in the South it was a bit warm. Luckily we only had about 3 fairly warm days days (nothing a couple of box fans couldn’t solve) and then a good cold snap here in the South. The control board for the unit worked PERFECTLY. It was packaged very well and was in my hands within two normal business days.
I will for sure buy from them again if I run into anymore appliance issues. Couldn’t be happier. Thank yall!

Not really happy
When I needed a part they sent it and charged extra shipping because I needed it fast, it was there. It happened to be the wrong valve though. Contacted help and they were clueless as what to do. I have texted and emailed the company to no avail. I was told returns were easy. But if they will not contact you it is not that easy. Guess I'm stuck with a valve that I can't use.
