Good value, good service and good delivery.

Unfortunately I wasn't impressed. I looked at the local SAS website (the depot is only a mile away) and thought it would be local.
The delivery was not acceptable your site should say that a signature is required.
Usually I get a text or phone call to say deliveries are on their way from other suppliers. A neighbour could have accepted it as I left a note on our door.
The driver could have left a note or phoned me. So I wasted a day until I could collect.
Also your system didn't allow me to track.
I have a feeling that the driver didn't come to the house
So I'm not impressed with your service also you do not seem to be competitive.

OK, so we are on a lockdown, another well known provider has shut all its counters to anyone other than key workers and their customer support is not reachable by email, phone, or online chat. But not so with these guys - they're the unsung heroes of the parts world who are helping us mere mortals to be able to keep our vehicles safe on the road.

Perfect. Parts are almost always in stock or available for next day. Staff are helpful and prices are ok too.

In this current situation the service was excellent, all necessary precautions were taken, no worries when collecting parts will use them again when required. Thanks

Excellent service and price was outstanding compared to the other competitors

Initially asked to Review when parts had still not arrived. After an immediate response from the Company to remedy the situation and the parts turning up late due to bad timing on my part to order the parts and further delivery issues I was pleased that the Company will look into altering the review trigger point so this situation is not repeated for others.
I am heartened to see reviews are based on actual Customer feedback and levels of service.

Started work on daughters car on Saturday only to find the pads were wrong. Had to make a special trip to Hereford euro car parts. Where the guy behind the desk asked if it was a Japanese or UK version. It's always been a UK version so was given correct pads. The picture on his screen showed the Japanese version which looked like the pads I had been sent. I did had the advantage of the old pads with which to compare.
Is it me? But this has happened a few times before but without restrictions and shops being open and the old parts in my hand was easily sorted.

Still waiting for delivery.
