Let me know when it’s coming

Searched part from google using part number, purchased item. After purchasing realised it was the wrong one. Immediately tried calling customer service, no answer. Sent an email, still no reply after 4 days. Had to purchase a new part no contact about a return/refund. Poor customer service happy to take your money and leave you hanging.

Under-promised, over-delivered. Couldn't be more happy!!

The online site was easy to navigate and locate the item I required. Payment transaction was smooth and clutch free. I was notified my order was placed and when it was shipped and arrived sooner than expected. I will definitely be using it again.

3.5 weeks later and I’m still waiting for item to be picked up by shipping company. After numerous phone calls and emails I finally received a phone call to let me know there had been a mix up and the item will be sent..still waiting. No response from emails, only contact number is a mobile which is not answered and when it is there is no company name. I was offered a refund and an apology, but I’m still waiting for item!!

Good products and great price and service only hiccup was one actuator was wrong but right one was eventually posted..

Almost all went well, besides that the address was not correctly transfered to the delivery docket, and dropped off at the apartment block next door. Lucky for good neighbours and Facebook in this case, picked it up that evening.
Part was well packed and fitted to the vehicle the next day 😁

Part arrived Tuesday, 23rd May.
Received in good order. Parcel marked 'Fragile', although no protective wrap.
Part was hard to source & Parts City Australia delivered in good time.

No contact, I had to phone to see what is happening. Wrong Bumper Bar, out of pocket to send it back. No contact again, phoned and found.they didn't have the right one. Absolute complete stuff up. My car off road for over a month. Disgusting service.

PURCHASED A FLARE TO SUIT AN AMAROK BUMPER. RECEIVED IT AND NONE OF THE TABS TO MOUNT IT LINED UP. WAS TOLD FROM SUPPLIER TO GO DOWN AND BUY GLUE AND STICK IT ON THATS WHAT MOST PEOPLE DO.... SENT IT BACK FOR CREDIT AND WAS TOLD I COULD ONLY HAVE STORE CREDIT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DODGY PARTS. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. PARTS ARE SOLD OUT OF THE BACK OF A HOUSE NO ADDRESS TO SEND ANYTHING BACK AND WHEN ASKED FOR A NAME THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ONE. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

Hi I’m very impressed with your response to my problem sending out a replacement part after the first was broken in freight
My problem is that it’s listed wrongly it doesn’t fit my gu patrol 2006 my fan is central mounted not off to one side please advise me if you can get the correct one thanks

No not good at all, made a purchase on ebay suppose to be 24hr send order after payment recieved, it's been 3 days and just got a message to say been out of office or 2 days bulldust yous knew the order had to be sent due to earlier messages, don't know status of your order for as christ sake just refund me so I can go elswere minus 5 stars never again

There are NO instructions in the package on how to fit the motor or which way the springs and retainers fit. No lithium grease or anything to assist in the movement when fitted. I would not deal with this company again.
