my order was in processing for 10 days and dispatched it after 12 days. parts I received were damaged i contacted support team and attached photos and videos of the broken product then i received a mail that we will arrange return in 2 days after that no response from there side waste of money

I feel that Partsbigboss is a Bigcheater and they should change their name. I ordered them for the i10 Grand side light supply and paid in advance in December 2023. however, I am still waiting for the delivery. All correspondence with them failed as neither they supplied the item nor returned the money. I advise the customer not to fall prey to them. I wanted to attach the link of my payment, but Trustpilot does not allow the link.

This Company like a cheaters...i ordered chevrolet sail rear break shoes ( order No.100186978 ) nearly month a go. Payment already paid via link given till now not sending any order shows still processing..trying to contact them on phone , email etc but no one answering..

Ordered headlights for my corolla worth 7.3k didnt even last for a month and no replies from the seller. Aboslutely cheap and pathetic quality products, will never make a mistake of buying anything from these thieves.

I ordered car parts from parts big boss and it genuine and their service is much better and specially their customers service also.

I had order Ac filter for Honda amaze which Honda company charges 1900 but i order with parts Big Boss and i recieved only 550. Wd good quality of material. THANKS a lot

I have ordered a side mirror and rear bumper reflector on 7/9/2023. It was mentioned that order will be delivered in 5-7 days on website during booking. after 5 days of booking I am not getting any tracking details so I tried to contact customer care, phone number was so busy. I could connect after 25 attempts. It has been told that one of the item is awaited so it is taking more time for dispatch. I believed and waited. On 21/09/2023 I got my order delivered but with only one item i.e. side mirror. At website in my invoice both items are still appearing. Quality of delivered product is average. Customer support is very poor.

If anyone want to order any parts than you all guys can order from bigboss..
