DO NOT BUY... I ordered for headlights for Hyundai Accent car. The BIG MISTAKE paying upfront.
They didn't care to respond on the order status for a month and half, I made 29 calls, raised 7 tickets to their customer service and 1 email (to the Asija family), highlighting my plight. No response. Zero.

Luckily, I happened to get through to their support team, they said parts are not available.
When I asked them to cancel, they hung up on me. It took me another 15days to get them cancel and refund my money.

If you wanna place order, try cash on delivery. Else, DO NOT order.

Never order from partsbigboss. If you need any product buy from Amazon. They are selling there. I ordered redigo spoiler feb 28. Till April 18 not shipped. In amazon its showing 2 in stock. Not responding or picking calls. Not also refunding the money. Beware of this cheaters.

Froud Company I order the material 26th march and till date not received material nor the refund and the mobile is not picked up by seller

Very bad services, very bad responses, we got a wrong misplaced product, and return policy is also not available, they will say to post the product to given address and refund is not gaurenteed, they always send misplaced product to the customer.

Awesome i received what they promised

I had ordered an exhaust pipe for my 1999 model honda city, which they were able to arrange and supply at reasonable time and at a great price too. The packaging was perfect for the transit and it reached me in perfect condition.The exhaust worked just fine after installation by the local mechanic.

Ordered a part on 30 Jan but received the item on 10 Feb the delivery took a little bit extra time but totally satisfied with the product as it is working great

This online platform is cheating company. I ordered an one part for my car. the price was 350rs total. They have given to pay 5 % at the time of order and after delivery full amount to be paid. So I paid 5 % only. After payment, my mail register mail id got blocked . i could not signed in . its giving invalid login. So i tried to get retrieve password. But no use. i shows not registered with this mail id. My goodness i didn't paid full amount. i could not contact customer care also. However this company is looting money as small small amount from new people and making big amount for them. Google please burn this website.

I have been a long standing customer to parts Big Boss since 2017.So far my experience is satisfactory.without compromising parts big Boss is providing a good quality parts within the reasonable price. to the customers. Thank you.
But one thing I observed, service is a little delayed, it's not like earlier. No customer can keep his vehicle in guarage that long. Please parts Big Boss, I request you to supply the parts to the customers as early as possible & I would like to see the parts big Boss like earlier one.

My order No 100205257 Dt 12/06/2024 for SSILVER Gear Lever Boot Peugeot Mahindra Marshal/Armada/Utility/Maxx not supplied till date and no action to refund the amount

i have ordered door outer handle of Mahindra Xylo but they took advance from me but after give advance they can't send me any parts totally scam with me my no 9864547967

Though 7 pieces was mentioned while placing the order only 6 pieces have been supplied in the packet. Pad of rear boot door is missing.
