Andi has been really helpful and happy to give me advice for the installation of a “comfort” air source heat pump for our holiday let.
This is a conversion I can thoroughly recommend , with faster reheat times and considerable savings over electric heating.

I have an older Dream Spa tub that had a faulty control pad. I sent a message to Andi, if he thought one of the other key pads would work. Andi replied back right away and asked for more info and a picture of what I had. Replied back with part number I needed to order. Works great again! Thank you, John M.

I sent in a photo of our fried control board and Andi identified it and advised what board I needed for a replacement. The price was good and the shipping was fast. When I had a followup question I received a prompt response. I think he is communicating from the UK so keep the time zones in mind if you are waiting for a response. Then, when I had a problem after the install, he told me what to do to fix it. What great service. I was back to enjoying my hot tub in about 5 days total. I highly recommend and will be using parts4tubs moving forward.

First time using parts4tubs, great selection of parts on their website, will definitely use again. Arrived very quickly and could track the parcel. Great packaging protecting the very heavy pump being replaced. Andi responded to a question I had so quickly and provided some great advice in helping fit the part.

I spent many months going around in circles with three different hot tub engineers, each one offering a different opinion as to the issues. None of these identified correct the problem nor the correct solution. Andi was the only one to correctly diagnose, suggest a solution and to access the parts necessary to solve the problem. Thoroughly recommend.

Found Andi by chance as my hot tub pump was failing and he recommended a replacement pump that was so much less than everywhere else online, and almost a third of the price of the OEM pump. The pump arrived promptly and fitted perfectly. Great support from Andi throughout and I would definitely use him again.

Replacement lid for Arctic Spa. Extremely easy to order, Andi from Parts4Tubs was very helpful. The last cover I purchased directly from Arctic Spa about eight years ago was a cover only, and the same price as this complete lid, which included insulation! Good choice of colours. Good fit and looks magnificent. My wife is very impressed. I would highly recommend Parts4tubs.

Great service provided by Andi can't recommend highly enough. Our swimspa needed a part after a leak developed. Went to company that supplied & fitted it 3 days later was still waiting for price on parts despite chasing up.

Was late a night and sent a question about a wet end of a pump and got WhatsApp back straight away guiding.

Ordered, deliver in a day or so and worked a treat.

Andy was very patient with me and helped me diagnose the issues. My hot tub is 19 years old and is running smoothly like it was new.
The service is excellent and his knowledge is greater than that available in the manual.

Andy is a rare find. Genuinely helpful guy who freely gave me advice without any guarantee of a sale.

When my coast spa licenced control board (pcb) burned out, Andy helped determine a suitable non-coast specific, generic Balboa pcb to replace it.

Not only was this pcb less than half the price of anything I'd found from coast, it was the latest version, so a revised layout (presumably because the old version had issues with overheating relays).

Andy sent me all of the technical information needed to set up the new pcb, and even took the trouble to review my understanding of how I needed to configue it when it arrived. Confirming I'd understood the technical manual correctly.

Absolutely stellar customer service.

Before the configuration of a hot tub was a complete mystery to me but thanks to Andy no more.
I'm confident I can tackle any of my own hot tub repairs from now on.
