Reviews of this company are filled with beautiful floors.
Our floor looked the same for a few weeks, but when problems arise the manager cancelled or arrived late to appointments and having blamed us, our cooking, clothes washing and eventually the house itself eventually dismissed any suggestions of shoddy workmanship; taking no responsibility or offering us any help

Brilliant, only just getting round to reviewing a few companies. We had our karndean flooring done my parsons some time ago, it’s still wonderful! Def recommended, good price, clean & tidy work men.

We contacted Parsons Flooring as we have two dogs, so we wanted a hard wearing easy to clean carpet. Charlie came to see us and went through several options, allowing us to choose what we liked which turned out to be the cheapest option.
Fitting was superb; Rob and Alan worked hard, removed and fitted new carpet in three bedrooms, two landings, two stairs and one living room in two days!
The finish is superb and its totally enhanced the appearance of our home.
We'd recommend Parsons Flooring.

Just had carpet laid to stairs and landing by Parsons Flooring Cheltenham. Magnificent service from quote to carpet fitters leaving! Thanks to Charlie Smith and his band of merry men. Gone are our 50 year old faded smelly carpets replaced with red stripe. Would use this company again and would highly recommend.

Parsons have just completed a new Karndean floor in our Hall, and new carpet for the stairs, landing and main bedroom. This is not the first time we have used them, and they still produce excellent results, with a professional team, who know what they are doing. Nothing is too much trouble , the detail is superb, and we would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who values quality workmanship at affordable prices.

Cant thank Charlie and his team enough - from start to finish 1st class service. My Amtico Flooring and carpets look stunning. Sometimes is worth paying a little more to get this level of service and end result. Would highly recommend.
