What can I say about Parking Sensors Direct... Joe and his son drove all the way to my house in Gloucestershire from Milton Keynes, An amazing professional service & good banter. Will 100% use them again.

Had parking sensors and rear view camera fitted. Professional attitude and an excellent job from a thoroughly nice bloke for a great price. I did some searching before choosing Joe and happy that I found him. Just what I was looking for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well if zero stars was there I would have rated it with that. Absolutely shocking experience, excuse after excuse, promises of rearranging then no show, no correspondence ..money transferred up front and then nothing but excuses, car trouble, health, weather too wet, then not having the parts even though they were paid for upfront. Ended up going to the bank for a refund, that has cost me £100 which I am not happy about but would never have got it back or had the work done..I have learnt a hard lesson about trust and definitely will not pay up front for any work in the future...avoid this company!!

Excellent communication from day one to completion of all work.
Quality Sensors fitted to both the front and rear of the vehicle and all work was carried out in a professional and timely manner.
Very competitive price.

Fitters cancelled about 2 times (First his van broke down, then weather - going to rain) before showing up originally telling me 9 30 and then changing it to 10 30 few minutes before 9 30. When they came the colour was incorrect and said he will be back but demanded full payment or 90 quid rebooking fee and reschedule for the following week which he then also cancelled after I messaged him after the agreed upon time (Reason: weather - too hot).

Then stopped replying for over a week but then I had a friend message him and he replied next day asking for more details. After that he replied finally saying he was sick but there was no communication of that but had time to reply to my friend rather than re assure a customer who has paid. Then I gave him a deadline and he said he will squeeze me in Monday morning which he then later cancelled the night before and rescheduled Wednesday morning which he promised.

Then Wednesday (deadline date) comes around and he reschedules of his own accord to lunch time so her can do a stock run with no agreement with me despite pomising me the morning. Then when I called him out on his poor time management he called me rude despite testing my patience every step of the way (I would have let him come and fit sensors at lunch time but him testing my patience with constant cancellations and then him calling me rude when I point out the his poor time management and no respect to my time).

I broke down the whole experience with him and then he tried offering an add on for the next time I'm available. Which is now past the deadline I gave and how am I supposed to trust this when almost every communication is started by me and he doesn't show up to agreed appointments or communicate properly at all. And this whole back and fourth of trying to get sensors fit has taken over 3 months since the first booking.

Summary: Good price but he communicates poorly with any updates and doesnt respect your time and will reschedule/cancel any time he wants and is fine with keeping it going for over 3 months.

Update: He called me to harass me and argue to take down the review and doesnt see anything wrong with what happend over the 3 months. And was insulting me "a baby throwing their teddy out the pram" and yet still thinks I would want to still fit sensors with him.

Due to refusal of refund had to go through the bank lossing me a £100.

After a few cancelled appointments Joe did a great job fitting my sons car with sensors and Apple play

Joe from Parking Sensors Direct came to my house on Wednesday to fit a dash cam and extra parking sensor to my Citroen..
It was all done in a couple of hrs despite the heat.
All works perfectly he got me to download the app and then set it all up for me..
The cameras are very discreet and now I have used it and downloaded on to the app a couple of sessions already so it is easy..
The sensor at the rear takes in the sides as well so no catching the rear bumper.!
Perfect job by a super competent installer.. Thank you.!

At first the service was great. Fitter came and realised the colour he had was incorrect and said he'd be back. Came back again the following week and still the wrong colour. Then said he would have to order specially and asked for the money up front. Like an idiot I paid and have been ghosted ever since - not happy

Had rear parking sensors fitted to my car which were colour matched and they look amazing! From my initial enquiry communication has been quick and precise with no hidden costs. Sensors ordered and fitted within a few weeks. Joe is very knowledgeable and even found a fault with my reversing light which I didn't know about. Found PSD on the Internet and couldn't believe the difference in price compared to dealerships and other companies. Excellent product at a very reasonable price and total convenience of coming out to you at any location. Would not hesitate to use this company again. Fantastic job thanks Joe.

Came out today to my work (where I have to park in a public car park) and fitted me a cruise control, front & rear dash cams and even installed a usb phone charger point all in my Nissan Elgrand. Did a fantastic job, not a mark on any trim, all cables neatly concealed and even told me how to pull my dash apart future if I want to do anything further myself. No issue with paying by bank transfer - left after doing the job on trust for me to pay! Honestly cannot recommend enough, top job, neatly done and did I mention the price? Super competitive compared to local garages - charged no extra for travelling 50+ miles to me. I am genuinely surprised by the limited negative reviews as my experience was nothing but positive. Would absolutely recommend. I even offered to pay for the carpark fee they incurred having to do the job at my work and they refused and covered it themselves. Top notch service.

Joe came out to my house to fit parking sensors on my 2012 blue AGLIA, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, he was patient, professional, and clearly very experienced. He had all the right tools on hand and knew exactly what he was doing, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great experience using Parking Sensors Direct, from the prompt response to my initial enquiry through to the installation of the rear parking sensors. As Joe had a selection of different coloured sensors with him we were able to get a perfect match with the bumper colour. I needed rear parking sensors installed on my Mercedes C180 Kompressor. I contacted Parking Sensors Direct and arranged for them to come to my place of residence to install. The fitter who arrived was very helpful and knowledgeable, knew exactly what he was doing. After completing the work the fitter gave us a demo on it worked. Excellent work and very happy the installation.

I needed reverse sensors fitted to my car. After contacting several providers, Joe’s was extremely affordable. He was also prompt and professional, eager to get the job done quickly. When he arrived, we realised the sensor colour didn’t match, but he took it in stride. He sourced the correct colour and returned the next day to fit them perfectly. The sensors work great, and overall, it was a faultless service.
