Fantastic website
Fantastic website! I have appealed at least 3 tickets using this website’s service and won all of them. Brilliant tool they have built. Put him as much accurate information as you can and leave the tool to do the rest.

You need to be IT capable!
I was quite apprehensive to use this service but it worked out fine. I was kept informed and helped through the whole process with emails and WhatsApp by parking mate. But at first my appeal was declined. However, as soon as I took my appeal higher up to popla, the company who fined me, dropped the case!

Excellent Service
I was checking online for ways to appeal an unfair parking ticket and I stumbled on a video made by parking mate on YouTube.
Initially I doubted their genuineness but I wasn’t disappointed afterwards.

Successful Appeal against a PCN from Nottingham Street car park, Melton Mowbray. Extremely poorly worded signs almost designed to catch people out. Premier Park rejected my appeal, so had to go to the ombudsman where it was accepted. Definitely worth the effort and Parking Mate UK were a great help!

Parking Mate letter got my PCN cancelled within 5 days
The revamped service got me my (insane) LG Airport PCN cancelled in 5 days of submitting the Parking Mate appeal. I had a minor niggle accessing the letter after payment, BUT, the customer service on WhatsApp resolved it within minutes!!
Top notch, £9.99 well spent!!

I cannot thank parking mate enough for helping me get my parking tickets cancelled. I was not sure if it was going to be possible at first but parking mate reassured me that it was worth challenging.
