Zero rating. Half an hour late, despite saying they were on their way. We nearly missed our flight. Called 17 times they didn’t pick up their phone. Total liars, they disconnected the car camera. No doubt parking it in front of Theo house while they site in their underpants in their bedroom in front of their computer pretending to be a company. All the while probably with no insurances.

Absolutely awful service (if you can call it that). I wish I had seen these reviews before booking rather than the ones on Compare The Parking. DO NOT BOOK with them. Waited an hour for them to pick my car up on departure - was worried I was going to miss my flight. They told me to pay for the car park and leave my keys on top of my wheel! Clearly I refused. After discussion, they said they would pay for the car park (since it was much more than it should have been), but they clearly didn’t as I got a parking ticket. The kept me waiting for 35 mins on the way back. I have emailed complaining 2 times and nobody has replied. Just awful.

I booked eight days of parking with this company from the third-party site “Compare Your Parking”, on which they advertise that vehicles will be kept in a “CCTV Secured Compound”. So, I fully expected having paid for this service that my vehicle would be left safe and secure in this secure compound covered by CCTV as they advertise.

However, I decided to check on the status of my vehicle as I have a tracker on the vehicle, from which I can see real time locations. I was surprised when I noticed that my vehicle which had been left with them from Friday the 10th of January 2026 at 09:00 was not in fact in a secure compound on Saturday 11th January 2026, but was now parked on a residential street, namely Severn Crescent, Slough, SL3 8AT.

I checked the vehicles tracker daily and it remained at that location until it was moved on Saturday 17th January 2026 after 1pm to Nobel Drive, Haynes, UB3 5EY which I can only assume was where it should have been in the first place and in preparation for my return on Sunday 18th January 2026 at 22:00.

I was also shocked to find that on my return after a phone call from them at 22:00 that my vehicle was abandoned on level four of the car park with the keys left visible on the tyre and the parking ticket left visible on the dashboard. Anyone could have stolen my vehicle

When I phoned them and complaint at the time I was told to F off. I have since tried to make a formal complaint but their email bounces back, when I call for the correct one I am told they will ring back but they don't and the website they give is blank.

Avoid this company completely or you will find that you car will be damaged or stolen under their care.

Having now reviewed the CCTV from my vehicle, they even used my vehicle to drop off their own staff before parking my vehicle on the resident street

slow to arrive at drop off then drove the car 12 times and over 100km during my trip away! Rude and aggressive when challenged. AVOID.

I had an extremely poor experience with ParkingAtHeathrow and would not recommend them.

On departure, the driver was 60 minutes late to collect my car, which nearly caused me to miss my flight and added unnecessary stress at the start of my trip.

The situation was far worse on my return. I called at 7:30am to let them know I was ready to collect my car, only to be told they could not locate it. When I provided the phone number and description of the man who collected my vehicle, I was then told that he did not work for the company, which was incredibly alarming.

After hours of no progress and no clear answers, I contacted the police for advice due to concern over the whereabouts of my car. Only after informing ParkingAtHeathrow that the police were now involved did the situation suddenly change. I was then told my car had been found in a bowling alley car park nearby.
I did not receive my car back until 2:00pm, a full 7 hours after my flight landed.

This was a hugely stressful and unacceptable experience, with poor communication, lack of accountability, and serious concerns over vehicle handling. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this service.

Can’t believe I can’t leave zero stars! Awful company. My car came back damaged and the driver ran off without telling me. When I rang the company they were very rude and advised that it was my fault and they had told me that a warning light can only, which was a lie. Steer clear

I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this company.

We booked through Compare Parking for Heathrow, with an arrival time of 9:30am on 16 November. The directions they sent were wrong. We still arrived around 10am, only to be shouted at by the owner for not arriving exactly at 9:30. He was rude, aggressive and openly sexist for no reason. He said someone would be with us in around 30 minutes but he could not guarantee that it would be 30 minutes. When I questioned why he could shift his timings but customers couldn’t, he escalated and said a number of very rude and sexist things. I told him off and that he should never speak to me or anyone in that manner and said he wouldn’t collect the car unless I apologised, and told me I’d be stranded. He proceeded to only speak to my male partner afterwards. I told him I would report the business to the police.

While arranging alternative parking, separate attendants nearby immediately guessed who I was dealing with and said others had already had to call the police on him just last week. That speaks for itself.

They eventually sent a young man to collect the car. From how he arrived, it was clear they rely on public transport to reach customers — not exactly confidence-inspiring for an “airport parking” operation. Throughout my trip I was worried because of the reviews we read afterwards. My car had ~80 miles of fuel left when I dropped it off.so I was worried they would drive it somewhere far to park it and it would run out of fuel or worse. Also, they don’t tell you this but you are directed to park at the short stay car park at your own expense. We had to pay the ticket for that. In my experience of using car parking services at heathrow, I always gave them the ticket and they took care of of it.

On return, we called the moment the plane landed instead of after picking our bags. It took us around 10 minutes from disembarking to bag picked up anyway so we still had 20 minutes to spare to wait for him. The car took about 45 minutes to arrive. It came back with only 7 miles of fuel remaining. No explanation to us. The older man who returned it — likely the owner — wouldn’t say a single word to either of us. Very odd behaviour! I still considered myself lucky that the car was not damaged, dirty or stinky as others have experienced. It remains to be seesn if we get a parking ticket from use of the car when we were away although I think our low fuel may have helped us here

Do yourself a favour and avoid this business. The stress alone isn’t worth it.

I am still planning to report the business for how it operates. It is a scam and should not be allowed to carry on under these circumstances

This company rang me before I arrived and said I wouldn’t be able to drop my car if I wasn’t there on the dot of my drop off time. I was booked for 12 and arrived at 12.10 but had said if I was late they soonest they could do was 2pm?!

Unnecessary stress and they were so rude despite it clearly saying phone when you are 30 mins away in the email which I had done.

Then on the way back the phone number didn’t work, I phoned another they had called me on with no response, and then another who answered and said because my flight landed early they wouldn’t come till later. I phoned again and they ignored the call.

I used comparison website to book with parking at heathrow ltd. Nabila Yasmeen is the only director this company is very bad. I paid for a meet and greet secure parking service and they decided to use my car instead of parking it as per terms and conditions. I even got a PCN notice! DO NOT BOOK PARKING WITH PARKINGATHEATHROW.CO.UK OR COMPARETHEPARKING.CO.UK SEE YOU IN COURT!!

Like many others on here I have received a parking ticket which I am going to appeal but do not hold out any hope. I will get in touch with Compare the Parking as well as surely they have a responsibility to not put companies that are as shonky as this on their site. I to trusted their

Don't use this company! Review on comparison site were good, and booked in a hurry on the day! Collection was good, however when car was tracked while on holiday, googled place and it was not a CCTV compound, was either parked in a car park near a bowling alley or on the road. 5 days into holiday, car moved....driven to 12 different places before being parked up again. Googled rough position again, looked even worse than the first place, so arranged for car to be collected.

Car was collected from the parking place, a garden of an abandon house. Pitch black when collected, no lighting to site, so didn't notice the damage until I got to a lit area. Smashed splitter and two damaged alloys.

No one was there to meet us, on calling they said someone was on the way - no one showed. Called again and was advised they would check and call back - no call back. Tried calling back again numerous times - no answer. Eventually we had to pay another company on the spot a vast amount of money otherwise we would have missed our flight. Emailed the day after to complain and ask for money back - no answer a week later.

I wish to god I had read the reviews before I booked but I booked through compare the parking who had them with a 4.9 star reviews. I don't even know how this site shows them as 1.8 as every review is 1 star and if I could give then 0 I would. Reading the reviews I think I actually was quite "lucky"
It "only" took them two hours to bring my car back after losing the key and I only made 12 calls and was only ignored for an hour. My car seat was taken out of the front and chucked in the back but no curry bags or smoke smell so I guess I am lucky - I have made a formal complaint but assume I will never hear a thing. Looking on company house they were Falcon parking and the reviews on them are exactly the same - filthy cars, long waits, rude staff

Awful experience, from having to wait 20 mins for someone to pick the car up to then waiting 45 mins for someone to meet me with my car when I landed. The man on the phone was rude throughout without offering any apology or justification for the poor service, especially when you put in your departure / arrival time prior, there's no excuses. When the car did eventually turn up it was filthy,, like it was parked in a field. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Please do not use, this was criminal. Called them 82 times to meet at T3 never answered and never arrived. Email address for compliants does not exsist. I was stuck in the short-term carpark with no parking and a flight to catch. Ending up having to pay another company who were based in the short stay a fortune! Shame on Compare parking who advertised then with a 4.8 out of 5. Looking at other reviews I am glade we didn't! No chance of compensation

Just the worst company. Never book with them; completely failed to turn up and lied about being on their way. Shocking service. Should be investigated for being so poor.

DO NOT USE. recieved a ulez charge on a day I was still out of the country, apparantly they were moving the car to another car park at 10 at night. Had a pot of change in my centre consol which has gone so they clearly rummage through your car. Fuel had gone down by a significant amount and MPG rocketed down. This company are SCAMMERS. dread to think what my car was being used for whilst I was away.

Avoid at all costs! Company name is ParkatHeathrow Limited so not to be confused with some reviews under here. Atrocious service. They turn up so late both on you dropping the car and on return. You end up paying extra for parking. They use your car, park it in random streets and use for personal use, leave it unlocked, don’t reply to calls/messages, leave mess in your car. I also had a tyre that somehow is low on pressure and a scratch on side of car. I took a video beforehand and the scratch is clearly not there. I could track it on my app and could see my car had been moved and petrol was going down and miles going up. Also I got a letter saying there was a parking charge! Luckily another letter followed that saying it was cancelled but made me think where are they actually leaving it. Their number ends 101172 and the guys name is Ali. Just be careful when you go through comparison sites and pick the cheapest. It could be them!
