I have used this parking lot before with my own car, so my license plate information was already saved. I was in a rental car during this visit and after the purchase of the parking time, it would not let me update the plate information as I realized it was different then what was on my account.

I was notified that my parking was about to expire and despite being on the link sent to renew my time at the time of expiration, the link would not allow me to renew. So I had to leave the place I was at to go back to the lot to make sure I rescanned the QR code and restarted my time.

It was also insanely expensive for a concrete pad.

Took a little time to complete the process

Ridiculous time consuming payment method. Overly expensive. Will try to find alternatives at every opportunity

Prices are insane and signage flatly lies. Private parking is a scam and you should be ashamed as a company. Stop operating or never contact me again, or you'll keep getting these terrible review from me.

It was very easy to do & directly across the street from our restaurant!
The negative is the spaces are a bit small for larger size SUV's or Trucks! People are not to respectful when opening there doors when its that close.

Quick and Easy to do.

Nothing wrong but fees on top of parking fee is crap…and when u post $3 for first 30 minutes then it charges you $12 and $1.50 fee, it’s even more crap (all while staying just over 35-40 minutes).

It appeared to be fairly easy to sign up at the parking lot.

Why is it so expensive?

I received a ticket by mistake and had to provide proof of payment because someone didn’t pay attention.

It doesn't tell you how much it will charge you per hour. Shame on you for showing the first half an hour is a low price and then the next price is 4 times the amount.

Dogsh!t parking service. Had my card information stolen from this service.

Got to my truck and there was a ticket.

Took over 6 times to get the payment to go through. Had to try 2 different credit cards multiple times to make it happen. The charge for 1 hour and 15 minutes was absolutely absurd. $13 and change. RIP OFF.
