They gave me a ticket and I did pay and extend time

I used your website to pay for parking on 10/21/22 in Glendale, AZ. I paid for three hours of parking received a confirmation email and a text reminder 15 minutes prior to my 10:30 pm expire time. At 9:43 pm, I received a citation with a $10 fine, to which I am currently disputing. I all evidence to show validate my purchase and time frame. However, your representative shows pictures with a timeframe that doesn't match. I'm wondering if your representatives are changing the time-stamps on their equipment. Either way, I have multiple ways to substantiate my complaint.

I was charged double. Bad experience

I purchased a spot from 830pm to 1130pm but only used it until 945pm. Was disappointed to find out I couldn't adjust leave time.

I am pretty sure that nobody likes to pay for parking so that wasn't the issue. I was upset when I was charged the same amount for half the time when I extended. Pretty disappointed. I liked the option of either text or QR scan. I would normally use the QR but because I was under the rain with a sleeping child on board, I would. have hated to get off the car.

In my first ever experience I received a violation after paying for an hours parking (plus service fee) and only using 7 minutes of parking. I noticed violations on all the cars next to me as well. While my dispute was successful, no one offered to refund my initial $2.00. Terrible “service”

My time never expired and they slapped a citation on my window. I’m not paying it. I asked the local security about it but they said they had nothing to do with it.

Way too expensive for a one hour parking to dine out! $20 is outrageous!

Easy to use. Great idea. Better then using change or debit card at parking meter. You will have notification via text of when where and time you parked. It will also allow you extend your time so you don’t have to keep walking back to your car. The only thing that would make this even better is if there was a camera on the meter then you could check your car parked at anytime.

Easy process to pay. Just Park, Scan, Pay & be on your way!

Parking fees were highway robbery-$20 for 2 hours!

Website was slow and got a notice on the car even though spot was paid for . Had to make unnecessary call and waste time explaining.

I still got a parking citation after paying for parking.

My friend and I arrived together in separate cars and parked next to each other, we both got off and leaned on her car because we were paying for our parking lot and as we are on our phones putting in our information the guy who was supposedly in charge I guess walks up behind us and we let him know we’re paying for our parking. He said “ok no worries sometimes it takes a while to load the info” but as he said that I saw him write down my plate number I’m guessing he must’ve thought my friend and I were in the same car because he then gave me a freaking ticket when I paid for my freaking parking lot. I am not paying for something I already paid for . Worst service ever
