Horrible experience trying to leave the lot. It took 90 minutes before traffic cops or other parking lot employees showed up to manage traffic. Really took away from the overall experience of my event. It feels like money was stolen from me and I would not recommend this to a friend.

Parking trouble
My parking pass stated to enter on a street that was closed. I had to drive around to many lots to find my actual parking lot during a very busy time.

Purchasing on website was easy and…
Purchasing on website was easy and straightforward. However, signage and employee direction at event parking was subpar. We were directed in circles and were unsure of where the parking lot was. Suggest more employee direction and more signs.

Do I work here?
Your help wearing the vest would not look at us to let us know if we were in the right parking area or try to direct us to we’re to go. Two different workers were looking at their phones and not trying to direct traffic or look at us so we can ask were to park. Really bad coaching for the workers.

Easy and Quick
Had no issues. Able to park right outside store, complete my business and then return to work. Probally still had time to so some shopping.
Would be nice if app would give a time warning so you know when time is almost up since I saw your meter maid ticketing others around me.

Paid for 3 hours. Returned to vehicle after 1.5 hours. Vehicle was ticketed for $10 after having been parked for 30 minutes. (timestamp on ticket)

I paid for parking and extended several times. Once even having to go outside to scan the code again because the app wasn’t pulling up my info and got a citation. Additionally I disputed and didn’t hear back. Awful experience. Would rather walk further to avoid using service
