I'd give a zero if I could. I scanned the code and paid for parking. It was going to expire so I added more. Apparently the add didn't happen and when I came out, I had a parking ticket. Doesn't make any sense at all.

Way to expensive! You can't find out the cost until you are almost complete
Took long to time to get into the system, couldn't see the cost until after I parked and went through the system to find out it was over $10 per hour.

I'm new to Arizona and have never used…
I'm new to Arizona and have never used a parking area like this coming from Alaska. I saw a couple other motorcycles parked and was able to scan the QR code right next to the parking space. This was a simple process to set up and pay within just a few minutes. This a quality way to streamline the parking process.

Meter maid gave us a ticket minutes…
Meter maid gave us a ticket minutes after we paid. He gave us a ticket but ticketed us at the wrong license plate. So ridiculous!
