First time using this company. Had no choice due to location of hotel in Denver CO. Website was not user friendly. Called company to correct a time issue. Person was arguementive and condescending, she eventually refunded my money and cancelled that transaction. Entire experience was no customer friendly

It was really simple: capture the QR code with my phone, enter my license plate, card details, how long I wanted to park and submit. I didn’t have to create an account but that is an option. Got a text message when I only had 30 minutes left of a 24-hour park. Wish more car parks were this easy.

It was in a good parking spot. Uncovered and not monitored but it was in a good area. 12 dollars for 24 hours… you can’t beat that downtown!!!

The sign said $12. I was charged twice that amount for 6 hours of parking. Lies and deceit !!!

I was very disappointed with the app. I've used it several times in the past and never had issues. This time the app would not except my payment. I tried to update my card but there was nothing to update. I ended up having to put in a completely different card to make a payment. I will need to park in this area again in couple weeks and I hope my credit card works.

Paid for 4 days of parking thru the app, week later received Parking tickets in the mail for non payment! Called and gave them the bill number and they said ok we will delete the notice! $5 says they dont

I liked how easy it was to scan the code and follow the directions.

This lot has slots that are more accessible than most downtown parking and easy to get back on the street.

The pay options are great, but the signs are too high for those of us who are short; it's hard to get the phone to register the Q-code to pay when they're up that high. I realize they need to be high for people to see them from parking spaces, but some that are down lower as well would be nice.

Easy to use, reasonably priced parking.

It's just a perfect spot for me and I love it's open 24/7 thank you

I found this lot to park my work truck for the night in Denver. Found the truck broken into the next morning with the door wide open and dash ripped apart along with the ignition in pieces.

Great place to park for the convention center and good price for all day parking. Great experience.

Great offered a refund when I decided I did not need much time

Worked well, eventually. No Wifi available at the parking lot; however, I was able to park and pay about an hour later, when I was able to get Wifi, and payment was simple.
