Lack of instructions resulted in lost money
The first correspondence provided a pdf QR code, which I printed. A later email said further instructions were coming. Nothing further was emailed and the QR code did not work. Very disappointed.

The lot itself looked safe
The lot itself looked safe, But the ground parking slots numbers were not clear. Also the parking lines needed to be repainted. The parking cost per hour or day should be displayed in a sign in good view.

The sign said $10
The sign said $10, no attendant and when I used the kiosk or the app, it was alot more. False advertisement with signs all iver the parking entrance stating a lower price.

Muy caro y muy complicado para pagar demasiado tiempo perdido para pagar algo tan sencillo y demasiada información personal para solo pagar un parqueo deberían tener un POS y con solo poner la tarjeta seria suficiente

Parking said $10 but it was much more
Parking said $10. But its was $10 per hour. Not only that when I extended the time it was $15 hour plus online payment fee. Ridiculous. I did not park $34 for 8 hours. Ending up paying $55 for 4 hours using parking.com.

I can’t figure out why your stupid app…
I can’t figure out why your stupid app can’t accept my credit card information when I type it in. Twice I received a message that my expiration date was invalid with two different cards. Only when I tried Apple Pay could I pay. Oddly Apple Pay is associated with the “invalid” card. Parking a car should not be so difficult. Bring back parking attendants.

Fast and easy way to pay for a parking…
Fast and easy way to pay for a parking spot. Super close to hotel. Super easy to renew reservation for parked car. I got reminders before I ran out of time on my parking rental time.
