Franklin Institute garage well run!
Manager of Franklin Institute garage was so professional and helpful over the phone. I needed to reserve a parking spot at 5:30 AM for the Philadelphia Marathon. She answered my questions and was so kind. Thank you!!

Had to pay twice to leave garage don’t recommend
Reserved a spot online but no instructions included in my parking pass for redemption. I assumed maybe they’ll have an attendant. Arrived and grabbed my entrance ticket. Left about 20 mins earlier than scheduled time. Upon exit no attendant and no instructions on how to let scanner know I was prepaid. Of course it’s labor day weekend and no one answers help line. Had to pay AGAIN to get out of garage. Emailed parking dot com and have yet to receive response. I was charged twice so this is a scam.
