Deceptive signage.
Extremely hard to navigate the parking lot itself due to very small turn lanes, blocked by poles and extremely small parking spaces.

It was an easy process and close…
It was an easy process and close proximity to all the bars and shopping. However, it is too expensive - $40 for 2 hrs was ridiculous!

Kind of high on price
It took a while to get my payment through, and the homeless guy who kept bugging me wasn't making things any easier. But the homeless situation is no fault of the parking company. Wish it was a bit cheaper too. It was over 30 bucks for 3 hours.

This was the first time I ever did…
This was the first time I ever did this. I found the instructions a bit unclear. Also, it was nice you got a clock counting down time left nothing told you about it. I almost closed the browser on my phone before I noticed it.
Once I paid and things got going it worked well. I asked for text updates and those worked well also.

Location was good but lot was very…
Location was good but lot was very crowded and tight. There was a truck with a golf cart in the back of it that was very hard to get around in the narrow aisles and people were over their lines making it impossible to utilize every spot. Needs attendant to help with these problems. Payment app was very easy to use. 5 stars for that!!!

Prices are to high when i first started…
Prices are to high when i first started parking there it was only $26.99 now its $46.99 for 8 hrs thats is ridiculous

Prices posted were incorrect
Signs posted were incorrect about what would be charged...the cost triple the posted price.
However, the location was very convenient for walking on Broadway.

QR scan difficulty, text difficulty, yellow ticket that wasn't ours
We had difficulty scanning the QR code and had to do it via text. We didn't get the reminder text until it was too late to add hours so we had to go and create another account which cost the initial amount again. When we left, there was a yellow ticket on our vehicle that ended up being for another vehicle. We looked at it at home and not at the parking lot. The lot should be supervised, at least during the day hours.
