Unable to access garage by car
Streets were closed around the garage and unable to access to park. Waste of money and should have been identified on the app in advance.

Out of Towner Friendly
The parking experience here was easy and convenient. This garage is just a few steps to Rockfeller Center. It was a quick drop off, and quick pick up. Their restroom was clean and stocked, which is rare in the city. The valet was very friendly. I would highly recommend this facility.

Prepaid client
I prepaid and had to wait for an attendant for a good 10 minutes. It seemed there was only one person and after the 10 minutes I saw another attendant walking and said GM, I reserves my parking spot and paid already. He scan my code and I had to wait for a card. In addition, to pick up my car I had to go downstairs to the next level for my car. While it may have been faster, you had more guys downstairs sitting waiting to get cars who could have been rotating upstairs to get the cars in and out. My suggestion would be create another box where the cars on each floor are in a box so they can find the cars faster and right the model and color on the ticket so they can move faster. Instead of asking the client what model and color is there car.

No longer worried about parking at Rockefeller Center
I was a little worried about parking in the city, but I made the reservation and paid on line in advance, which was really easy. Even opening my window of time wider was less expensive than paying on site.
The valet crew was super nice, the bathrooms were clean, and they were fairly fast when we were ready to go. I would definitely use this garage again when visiting Rockefeller Center.
