The gate couldn't open when I arrived…
The gate couldn't open when I arrived for my appointment, so an employee assisted with letting me in. When I exiting the parking lot after my appointment, I contacted the person handling the exit. He was very nice, professional and very courteous.

The machine would only display Spanish…
The machine would only display Spanish and would not process my card or accept my cash. I was on the line with the operator for quite sometime before he finally sent me a link to pay. I was not informed that this option would also have an additional service fee. Overall terrible experience.

Be patient
Well, my debit card was fine, but this machine would not take after multiple attempts. So upon calling they ask for my phone number and sent me way to pay by phone, however, I was driving and could not pay until I stopped and was sent two text messages before I could do so and that was annoying.
