Extra fees
I did not like that I was charged an extra 50 cents to pay online when the in person system was down. Parking is expensive enough without extra charges.

The sign said it was $3 to park when I was in the system it cost $8.50. Don’t park there it’s cheaper on the street and other lots.

SO annoying
SO annoying. Had to create account, register car, add payment, etc. Wishing for the days when I could just put some money in a box. Why is it so hard to give a business my money? I'll park elsewhere.
